I called Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air after our general contractor backed out last minute. We were in luck and they had same day availability! Spencer arrived well before the 1-3PM window (around 12:30) and finished the job promptly. Any questions we had, Spencer walked us through it and let us know why we did or didn't need to do something. Along with installing a new faucet and moving our garbage disposal, he also replaced some old valves that were leaking and brought our plumbing up to code. The price was reasonable as well. We will not hesitate to use Swan and hopefully Spencer for future jobs!

Chris arrived on time and ready to explain my options. After walking through my issues he clearly presented my choices. All of his work was completed and you would never know he was there except the leaking was fixed. I would recommend Swan and specifically Chris, very happy customer.

Zane was great! I highly recommend him and Swan for HVAC maintenance/repair and installation. He was able to come promptly when our condenser stopped working, was very professional and worked hard to replace our entire unit. I highly recommend!

They came to install 2teams. The first team installed heaters and furnace. This team is professional and fast make my home now is warm. The second team came to install AC . It spent a lot of time (late) and not professional like the first team,too. Overall is 👍

I highly recommend SWAN. I have had their team out for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work on my townhome. Most recently, Chris and Zachary, their plumbers were out to help unclog my drains and troubleshoot some plumbing issues. I am not very savvy on home repairs and they are always helpful, professional, and on time. And they do high quality work that I trust. Each time they are out, they take the time to explain what they are doing and answer my questions. Their club membership is the best too: you get free house calls and estimates. Give them a call!

We needed advice on a new HVAC and water heater for our home. We needed a budget and advice for preparing the 130 year old crawlspace mechanical room. We were able to schedule a meeting within a week. The Swan rep, John, arrived early and was very personable. His knowledge and advice regarding our specific situation was exactly what we needed. He really listened to our questions and issues, and we got all the info we needed to proceed with this complex project. Thank you! Highly recommend Swan.

John did a great job providing Swan's Rejuvenation service on our A/C system. He spent about 1.5 hours working on, taking everything apart and doing a thorough inspection and cleaning. Very happy with the service!

Leo is brilliant. I love his apprentice too (can’t remember his name but he is a veteran than used to skydive) :) Explained me the science of every issue and meticulously calibrated everything back to normal limits. The first company we used quoted is $3000 with multiple new parts, Leo calibrated on-site and within hours our A/C was working. He is very insightful, caring, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone.

Annual update: Matthew was knowledgable and efficient with our annual tankless water heater maintenance flush. I appreciate Swan hiring in new folks and giving them a chance to be awesome.

Newest update: still love the booking system and professionalism of all the techs that come out. We opted for a membership to do regular maintenance on our furnace and AC which has been we'll worth it.

Updating to add to the five star review I left several months ago. Shane O was the tech who stopped in to perform regular AC service. Prompt, thorough and perfectly followed all mask/glove/social distancing guidelines. The company has added contactless signing for the work, and the entire process was well managed from setting up the appointment to service.

We just completed a remodel and knew our furnace needed a good cleaning. Pricing was good, thoroughly explained what he was seeing in the system, didn't try to upsell us a new furnace as this one is only 10 years old and will easily last longer with regular maintenance. Easy appointment system, prompt, professional.

We are really happy with the work that SWAN did to install a new heat pump and furnace in our home. Our main installation technician, Daniel, did a great job. Our home is over 100 years old so these types of projects always present unique challenges. The installation took longer than expected, but we really appreciate that Daniel took the time to customize the installation to fit our small space. We could tell that Daniel cared about quality and takes pride in his work.
