We have used Swan for almost 20 years. They are the most trustworthy in Colorado. And Shane is our favorite technician. Over the years we have had several, and Shane is the kindest, most knowledgeable, honest, patient and professional technician. Overall Shane is just an amazing person. Thank you Shane and thank you, Swan, for another great year of heating/AC service and support.

Swan was highly recommended to resolve my A/C issues so I waited nearly 2 weeks for their visit. Their rep, Cody, was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I’ve had look at and resolve my problems. Had another company here who didn’t want to do the job with lots of excuses such as not wanting to go into the hot attic! Well, Cody did whatever it took to diagnose the issue and had lots of recommendations as well. He was beyond superb!!! Highly recommend this company.

Please be careful with their monthly membership. You have to be vigilant in cancelling it as they ignore you until you make it an issue saying that you’ll call the credit card company. So, please be aware that it’s very hard to cancel the membership!

John helped me plan for improved heating and venting for my home, these changes will drastically improve the efficiency of my furnace and properly heat and cool my home. He gave me plenty of payment options and he’s able to get started right away. I’m also grateful for the monthly plan that saves me money and cleans and protects my furnace and water heater. I highly recommend John to help you with your heating, venting, cooling needs.

Service was awesome from beginning to end. The person who answered the phone was friendly and fit me in quickly. Drilon was honest and explained the proposed fixes well. He didn't try to oversell me which I really appreciated. And he listened well to my questions and concerns too! And Ricardo is amazing. He did the work of 2 guys himself and installed a whole new system in less than a day! He was professional and courteous and explained all his work and how to operate everything to me as well. Definitely will be using SWAN again!

As always, Swan did a fantastic job! Shane was courteous, professional, and walked me through the maintenance inspection. He took the extra time to not only explain the the different recommendations based on his findings, but the rationale for each recommendation. Explained in order to put in a new box behind the washer they would have to cut the drywall they knew what size the frame was that giro around the cut out but the finished project I has a hole above the frame when I asked about it I was told it easily can be fixed and I know I can do it and I know I can have someone do it however I was not real pleased. I’ve always been very very pleased with the people that you have sent out here to work in my house a water heater the toilet andAnd I so much appreciate it. But this I’m a little unhappy

I contacted Swan after receiving quotes from 2 other companies. My first contact with the company was friendly and professional and I was promptly scheduled to meet with Drilon. His experience, knowledge and genuine care enabled me to better understand the advantages of the new systems he recommended. Swan replaced two furnaces, two A/C units, a water heater and added a steam humidifier and two smart thermostats to the system. The tech who installed the system, Detlef, did a great job. The installation was performed with great care; rooms and floors well-protected and cleaned; all work was precise and completed on schedule. Also, thanks to Scott who did an equally professional install on the electric.

I am very pleased with the service performed by Jeremy. He is top notch across the board, 5 stars all the way. Four days before yesterday's maintenance visit he came out promptly on a Saturday to assess a problem with our AC. The breaker switch was repeatedly being tripped, shutting off during very hot days. He accurately assessed the problem, cleaned the dirty coils with a hose which solved the problem. I was happy to see he was the one returning to perform our AC and plumbing inspection. Jeremy was very thorough throughout his inspection and readily shared his expertise along with maintenance points. It was very clear that he is quite experienced. I also appreciated his politeness and patience. He is very personable and a real asset to the Swann business!

This was my first time using Swan Plumbing and I could not be more pleased with the service from the technician, John Waters! He was friendly, pleasant, professional and was kind in answering all my questions John also took the time to fix a bathtub faucet that wasn’t working because of a minor clog. He was sure to check all the other faucets for leaks. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
I am so happy I joined the Swan Club and feel very confident in their professionalism and fairness. It’s comforting to know they are reliable and can be counted on for service. I recommend them 100%!
