Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air of Denver

Since I had recently purchased my home, I was disappointed when my furnace quit. The people at Swan were very helpful. From Gary at the office to Drilon, TJ, Chris, and Jamison who came to my home to replace my furnace, they were all professional, prompt and wonderful to work with. They even brought me some electric space heaters to use to heat my home until they could get my furnace installed and running. Great people and a great company, I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

I am not sure how to post a new review so I guess I just add to this one. I needed the water line hooked up to my new refrigerator. Chris came out and hooked up the water line. He was friendly and very professional. I always get great service from Swan and will continue to do business with them. They are a great company to do business with.

August 2022 Tyler came to work on my a/c unit and get it all working again. Prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with - I am always pleased with the professionalism from all of the people at Swan.

Had SWAN install a new AC unit and Furnace. They were overall great to work with from beginning to end.

My install tech was Jake. Great guy, easy to work with, and professional. Will be using this company for all heating/AC needs moving forward.

Swan, and their representatives Blake and Drilon, were very professional and honest in their evaluation of my AC and heating. Blake did a great job on the maintenance and Drilon came later and evaluated my systems to determine their longevity. He was very profession and followed up twice with him to help answer my questions.

June 2023: Taylor B. did a great job servicing my AC. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to him helping me again.

September 2022: As usual, it was Leo that came to help me with my annual AC Service. He continues to share tips about my HVAC during our conversation. Always good to see a familiar face in the HVAC service industry and I will continue with Leo and Swan for my HVAC needs.

June 2020: Leo did an amazing job servicing my evaporative cooler. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and shared tips on maintenance. I would not hesitate to have him over again for any of my other HVAC needs..

December 2019: John did a great job servicing my furnace. Another company's rep (not Swan) who showed up refused to even look at my furnace saying it's old and I need to replace it. All it took was for John to clean off the sensor and the furnace has been in top shape. Again he was very polite, courteous and honest with his work. I would recommend him for any HVAC needs.

Scott installed a new retrofit controller on our evaporative cooler. Did a great job very helpful and friendly. Scott was the second Swan technician that has worked at our house. Very happy with Swan and their people. I highly recommend them.

Gabe came to our home and quickly evaluated and repaired the copper tubing failure. He examined the upstairs toilet floor flange and the pipe going into the drain stack. He assured me that the wax ring was the cause of the toilet drain problem. He was right (of course). Resetting the toilet with a new wax ring - no more problem. Thanks, Gabe for your professionalism and help with our home. We appreciate you and the work you did in our home.

Fantastic experience with Swan Plumbing & Heating. Our 75 gallon water heater was going out and we wanted to switch over to a tank-less system. My wife met with Jon Miller who did a great job explaining our options and getting us comfortable with the purchase. The install was done in one day by Detlef on a Saturday. He was here at 9:00am and finished around 8:00pm and worked his butt off the entire time. I have never been more pleased with an install from the layout of the gas-line, plumbing and electric to the water heater install itself. Detlef takes a lot of pride in his work and it showed accross teh entire install. I would highly recommend Swan Plumbing & Heating plan to use them in the future.

In October 2021, I had Swan come out to look at my AC unit. While there, they convinced me to sign up for their membership service ~$15/month to perform bi-annual maintenance. After I filled out the form and gave my card info, I did not hear back from them, no service, no calls, no charges to my card. I thought, oh well, I didn't need it anyway.

Then in July of 2022 I found out I needed to replace my AC. I called Swan for a quote (they were the most expensive). The day after I had them quote me, the $15/month charges start on my card. Someone realized their mistake and fixed it at my expense (money and lack of service). After almost a year of no service, they decide to quietly start charging me. This feels very scummy.

Two months of charges were added to my card until I caught it. I called Swan and told them to refund the charges. The lady was nice, apologized, and said a manager would call me and they could send a check in the mail for the refund. No call and no refund more than a month later.

Isaac showed up on time and explained the service he would be performing. Then he donned his shoe covers and got to work. At the end he explained to me what he had found and gave me an estimate of the member's cost for the Blower Motor that will need to be replaced in the future. Overall a great experience, which is why I continue as a member of Swan.

Chris came out at the time requested and did a superb job. He is efficient, knows everything about plumbing and did a wonderful job quickly. I highly recommend him and will use Swan Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.
