Jeremi was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He explained how everything works and what the issue was. He was patient with all of my questions. He checked the function of the AC thoroughly and was bright and friendly despite the warm temps!! He came out on a Saturday and arrived within the pre-scheduled window. This was my first experience with Swan and it was great.

Swan is awesome. Everyone we spoke to was great. They came out same day in the snow when the furnace went out. They installed a new one that day!! We needed a new AC too and while they couldn’t do it that day because of snow ( had to get up on the roof of a condo building) they came out within 2 days to get it installed. They even sent a courier out to me in Fort Collins to pick up the payment when I couldn’t get down to Denver. I’ve not experienced this type of customer service and expediency ever!! When they say 24 hour turnaround on service they mean it. They have warranties on everything, it covers everything. Ended up getting their annual maintenance service too due to their follow up and handling everything just as they promised. i think this is a company that is proud of their work and stands by their customer. I am really glad we contracted with them.

Had appointment scheduled for 2 weeks to have my boiler checked and cleaned. The appointment was canceled the day of and I was blamed for not answering my phone as for the reason the company could not reschedule me in a timely manner. So rude and unprofessional to blame the customer when the technician is the reason for canceling. Not reliable when I need work done in order to complete the sale of my house. F- for these losers who don't care about anything but money.

I have used Swans for the last several years for my heating and A/C needs. Each employee does a great job. Today I had Moe..Amazing young man. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He took his time and even swept up some dust that was on the floor..which I have never seen someone do before. I highly recommend Swans and Moe

Ricardo and Miguel did a fantastic job of removing our old HVAC system and installing a new furnace and A/C unit. They were super professional, informative, thorough, courteous and timely. Ricardo took time to explain their whole process, system operation, and answer all of our questions. He set our thermostat for us, explained about rebates and informed us of inspection requirements and paperwork that we will receive. We could not be more pleased with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs honest, professional, quality work.

I called Swan for an issue with my water heater. Zach was great. When he arrived, he confirmed my findings and quickly found a replacement part and setup the repair. Both the person on the phone and the technician were helpful and very nice.

MOE was very professional and courteous- he was able to diagnose the issue and explain the steps in detail in what he would recommend for repairs. He even let us know about Swans monthly membership that will save money on the repair cost; which shows he cares about his customers!

I look forward to working with him again!

Kitchen drain slow and backing up into the basement. A different service called me to RE schedule my service call indicating someone else had a more critical issue. I called Swan, and serviceman Gabriel, was at my door in less than an hour. Gabriel went the "extra mile" to help me understand the problem, and to make sure he was successful in accomplishing his task with professionalism and quality. He even cleaned up everything related, and put my washer dryer back into place.
I am very happy with the service provided and will be keeping their card handy if there are any other plumbing needs.

Chris was very competent and knowledgeable as well as quick. He was courteous and took care not to track dirt in, covering his shoes. The company overall is great and I highly recommend Chris and Swan Plumbing.

Chris from Swan Plumbing was great. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in discussing our options, and by the end of the project I trusted him implicitly. We got some outrageous quotes from other companies, and when discussing them with Chris, it was clear he took it personally that others were inflating their estimates. Swan was able to give us the best price, and Chris' integrity was really refreshing and reassuring. I'll be going back to Swan for our next job.
