This visit was for the annual heating system check up. there were no problems, the technician reported that everything was operating well. He recommended replacing the capacitor, and installing a reusable filter although that type of filter still needs the core replaced periodically. He did not replace the current filter as part of the check up, he felt it was clean enough to leave in place.

My technician, Gabe Cruz, was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. He took the time to check everything out and gave me the pros and cons of trying to flush my water heater at this time. He then took the time to ask if I had other plumbing issues and took care of another minor issue on the spot. At every point Swan kept me updated on my appointment and sent a picture of Gabe so I would recognize him. The service was great.

Chris and Zach replaced several lavatory washers, installed a new pressure valve, and a new water heater in our home. They arrived on time, we’re friendly and knowledgeable, explained their recommendations and completed the work quickly and neatly.

Shane arrived promptly, took the time to explain thoroughly what he was doing, and gave me a few tips on how to increase furnace efficiency. I'm always very pleased with the job Swan technicians do each time they provide service!

They do a great job, but they sell you their membership and are supposed to call you to set up tuneups and they don’t make the phone calls. Be sure to set a reminder in your calendar because they’re not gonna do it but the credit card charge always comes on time

We have used Swan for all our HVAC needs and have been extremely pleased. We have also referred our friends and family to them. We are Club members, and appreciate the attention we get for seasonal tuneups, etc. The employees who have serviced our equipment are knowledgeable and extremely polite. I really like that Swan is a reputable and family owned company who stands behind their work, and when we learned that they also handle plumbing, they were the ones we called to fix our problem - a leaking toilet.
Eric George from Fort Collins came today, and quickly diagnosed the intermittent leak. He had it fixed in no time, and it was a pleasure to have him in our house. He was on time, clean, and very polite. Best of all, he knew what to do immediately. I really appreciated his positive and cheerful presence. Thank you Eric; and thank you Swan, for having members of your team as fine as Eric George. We're customers for life!

I initially called last week for a furnace ignitor replacement that I ended up doing myself. When that turned out to not be the actual problem, I called back this morning and they were able to get me scheduled quickly, diagnosed the issue (a faulty gas valve) and had it replaced within two hours of arriving. Tyler was friendly and professional and my furnace is working great now.

Swan installed the system in 2020. They have been hired to come out and perform the annual maintenance. The usual $40 on special checkup is $99 now. Their report consists of a bunch of photos (no written info) showing the install job they did and them asking for $900 - 3500 to clean the furnace and ducts. I will probably go with a different company in the future and hopefully at least get a report on how the furnace is running. They didn't even report on how the furnace is functioning. The lack of information for the $99 service is really disappointing.

Our AC and furnace need replaced and got a quote from another big local company and was extremely high. We contacted swan which came out same day and gave us a much more affordable quote WITH rebates. Something the other company never mentioned. They were very professional, safe, and timely! They came out two days later and installed a new furnace and AC for us. The techs were great and had great customer service! We have had it for about a week and super happy so far! Highly recommended

I'm very satisfied with the plumbing work Chris from Swan performed at our house. Chris was here to put some new valves on our main water line, which he did very efficiently. When he was cleaning up, he noticed a badly soldered fitting above the valve he had put on the irrigation system was leaking and he quickly repaired that. Chris definitely went above and beyond to make sure the lines were better than he found them.

We also had Jon quote and coordinate a sewer line replacement in addition to the plumbing work mentioned above. Jon provided a timely, competitive quote discussing the options and financing available. He got the work scheduled quickly and checked in through the whole process. Jon proactively made sure we had no complains with any of the work.

Swan's sewer repair team was very professional and got it all done in a day with barely any signs they had been there. Gabe was out the next day to quickly jet clean the sludge that had built up in the cast iron portion of the sewer line.

Everyone from Swan did a Great job and we are pleased with the results of their work. I would use Swan again, if needed, and I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or sewer work done.
