I had several problems that I did not know how to explain on the phone. When John got here (the same day I called) he addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable. Swan has been very helpful in the past and I appreciate all the great work they continue to do.

I've used Swan a couple of times, each time a different tech. Each time they were able to get to my house quickly, even same day on occasion. They have always been on time, super courteous, informative and each time my issues were resolved. A tech that came out for AC repair even offered to help me move some heavy bottles of water, which had nothing to do with his job - very kind and thoughtful. I use their monthly subscription to their services which has been a life saver and helped save a ton of money, especially for emergency service calls when my hot water tank stopped working and when my AC stopped working.

Swan was able to send a repair technician to my house within 24 hours of my call. The repair technician they sent was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain the cause of the problem with my A/C system. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly by replacing the capacitor. He also provided me with the option of installing an additional device that would extend the life of the capacitor. Swan has earned the status as my "go to" resource for heating and A/C repair.

Our tech, Jon was extremely professional and helpful. He suggested lower cost solutions and in 2 stages to fix the kitchen drain block and then another quote for the main drain to the city sewer. Hi quote was almost half of the $37K job quote from another plumber.
Even better, he has used a jet wash to help clean the drain blockage in the short-term. Not a permanent fix, but it helps.
I like Swan plumbing - they do good work and charge reasonable fees. Recommended!

We've used Swan a few times now. They are always on time, and at the end of the visit what they say you'll pay is what you pay. We recently had an emergency furnace replacement. The install went awesome, the team took great care to keep our home clean and had everything done in one day. The inspector commented on how nice and professional the install looked! During consult Drilon did a great job going over our options and everything he promised was delivered. They also took the time to take care of our Xcel rebate for us. Great service all around and we will continue to use Swan for our heating and plumbing needs. Thanks!

Update: Ricardo and TJ came out the very next day and installed the entire unit. They were efficient, informative, professional, and super tidy. We couldn’t be happier with their work!

Chris replaced our old toilet with a new one I purchased. What I really appreciate about this young man was his honesty in suggesting that I return the cheaper one I bought and go with a higher quality model. He said to call and schedule with him once this was done and he would return promptly to install it and he was true to his word. He did a clean and thorough install.

Sorry, but do not recommend. I should have gotten the name of the technician but he was only here about 15 minutes to look at our furnace that needed cleaning and the blower wasn't working. Looked at our furnace and said it was outdated and a new blower motor would run about $800.00 and to install and clean would run about $2000.00 to $2500.00. Recommended just replacing the whole system and would be about $5,000.00 to $6,000.00. Well my credit is shot since Covid (and not having a job for a bit) but ran a credit check anyway (didn't pass). When I first scheduled a repair the receptionist said she was sending one of their most experienced technicians since it was an old system and we required a Saturday appointment because my wife is disabled and doesn't answer the door when I'm not home. To say the least I did a lot of reading and studying after he left on blower motors (which I could order myself for around $175.00 to $300.00, couldn't even find one even close to $800.00) and decided to try replacing the "run" capacitor first as it was only $5.35 at Grainger. Installed said $5.00 capacitor and cleaned the furnace myself and it has been running like a champ for the last 3 weeks now and shows no sign of needing any further repair. Won't be calling this business for any service or advice again.

Our AC unit is over 38 years old, and John was there to give us a quote for a replacement. He wasn't there to try and fix it. John performed an inspection, then took the plate off the condenser coil. He showed me why we were getting so much water draining from the system and not getting much cool air. He offered to clean the unit, to make it limp along until we could get a new unit. It was a really messy job, but his efforts brought the temperature in the house down from 82 to 74 degrees. He didn't have to do that and the "other" company technician that came to the house didn't even try to get it working better or repair it (that's what "he" was there for). After John got it running better, He and I spoke about the estimate. There was no "pressure" to buy "today". He laid out the units, costs, pros and cons, even told us about the rebates we could get. Totally professional, friendly, and not that fake friendly that salesmen push up front. It was a GREAT experience.

Moe was our technician and he was excellent. I really appreciate how consultative he was in diagnosing the potential problems and coming up with various solutions at various price points. When Moe said “I don’t recommend dumping a lot of money into this AC unit” that was a really good indicator that we can trust SWAN. We plan on using moving forward because Moe demonstrated that this company is not only very knowledgeable but also trustworthy. Thanks Moe!
