I posted a review after Drylan was here for a service, however, my furnace would not light, so Drylan came back on Monday. He tried to fix it, but said, the best solution was to replace the furnace. He gave me several options, and I chose to finance the cost with their 18 months no interest. Jared was here Tuesday, and worked tirelessly on this old furnace. I was so impressed with his workmanship, his work ethics and kindness...my dogs loved him! As you can see from the photos, this gas forced air furnace was a monster - over 70 years old! Scott, the electrician came to hook up the electrical components - and was so brilliant in figuring out how to run the wire in this 1940's home.
I can't say enough good about Swan - they may be a few dollars more, but the service you get is worth a million! Oh...and the gals in the office! They answer the phone - friendly and always do what they say they are going to do! This is a treasure of a business! Family owned and it shows!!!

Here we go, winter is approaching in Denver. I have an old gas forced air furnace that was built in this house 1949. I have lived here 26 years and never had a problem until this week. I looked through my Value Pak and there was a coupon from Swan and a couple others. I like that they are a family owned business and been around awhile. The gals on the phone were so professional and scheduled me right away to have a diagnostic test done. Drylon showed up on time, friendly, professional and petted my Jack Russell's! Well....you won't believe this.....but....I had the setting on the furnace set to pilot - Drylon turned the knob to on - and whooooosh! There was heat!!! He was very thorough and shared with me that my furnace was omitting gases....not a big amount, but I should consider replacing. No hardcore sales pitch, just honest concern for my safety. I really liked what he had to say, and will get a bid from him...and may consider a new furnace and air-conditioned. I would definitely go with Swan!! Thanks guys! BTW, Drylon did not even charge me - so that's what real old fashion customer service is all about!!! Bravo!!

I am so happy with the outstanding service I received from Leo. I’m 66 years old and have owned homes since 1982. I’ve used many companies to inspect and tune-up my furnaces. Leo is by far the best tech to ever provide this service. I’ve had some good techs in the past. I thought one in particular was great. But Leo made every previous tech look like apprentices. Leo was so thorough. He checked every component and operation. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions and provided great advice. When I told him I would ask for him in the future, Leo said all of Swan’s techs are as qualified and experienced. Swan Plumbing and heating is now my go-to contractor for all my furnace needs. And I will definitely contact them for any plumbing service. Thank you Leo and Swan!!

Spencer and his assistant arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with the toilet quickly and got the needed part. Also cleaned the drain for the tub. Very efficient, friendly and a good price!

Very happy with all the Swan services we have received. Every service technician was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering questions. All wore booties in my home and cleaned work area.

Swan has been great to work with. I've been impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. They installed a new sewer line at my house and gave me a great deal on installing a new water heater as well. With the water heater, they installed great new piping as well. Spencer was our water heater installer and he was very good at explaining how everything works and even checked out some other areas of my house I was wondering about. The sewer line installation crew was so good that my neighbors were complimenting their work. Lastly, Jon was the point person that made all this happen and he also was great to work with and always timely in his response to me.

they replaced our furnace and cleaned our air ducts. Everyone of the people who came out behaved with respect and were very helpful. There was a miscommuniction with the installation of the drainage of the humidifyer but that was resolved. Although there was a problem with the installation of that pump causing the furnace not to work. I called and they came out promptly and the young man figured out the problem and fixed it. All in all the service was very good. An honest mistake was made and they fixed it immidiately. I am very happy with Swan's performance.

Tyler did a great job. I was very happy with the service. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.

Shane was incredibly helpful when inspecting our home humidifier system! We will definitely use Swan again for any future furnace, AC, or plumbing issues.
