Blake did a furnace maintenance/inspection on our system today. He did a great job, was thorough and professional as well as friendly. We will definitely be using Swan again.

Today, Tylor did an electrical panel inspection. He was able to repair an electrical component on our heater gutter tape. He went above and beyond on the job, was knowledgeable, kind and offered a solution for our overly crowded electrical panel. We had a great experience with both men. The communication from company was also great and they were very responsive to my initial inquiry.

I was very happy with Swan when they installed a new furnace. So I called them again when maintenance was needed. Once again they were on time, efficient, thorough, and friendly. The prices of the furnace and the maintenance were both reasonable.

Wish I could review their actual service, but after three last-minute cancellations and one no-call, no-show, I have come to terms that they have no intention of fulfilling their appointments.

I scheduled two appointments with Swan, a water heater flush and an hvac tune up. When the day of each appointment came around, I was notified via text that the technician was sick and I would need to call to reschedule, rather than them giving me the courtesy of a call to quickly reschedule.

First time that happened, no big deal, I understand things happen. When I called to reschedule, I was assured a note would be added that this happened once so that no matter what they come the second time. Well when the second appointment window came and went without any tech showing up. I gave them a call an hour after my scheduled window and they said the technician was at an emergency location and unable to make it that day. At this point I would normally go find another service, but the rep on the phone offered a discount for the third attempt so I figured why not. I was also assured she would once again add a note not to miss this next appt again. It was comical when yet again I received a text message prior to the third attempt that my appt was canceled due to a technician being sick.

If you would like to actually receive the services you are requesting, I would recommend finding another company and avoiding the headache I went through.

Em did routine maintenance for us on our furnace and did a great job. She was on time, courteous, professional, and friendly. And she was also very thorough. She inspected our hot water heater and discovered rust and leakage. She was able to show us exactly where the rust and leakage were on the heater, so there wasn't any question that replacement needed to happen. I highly recommend Swan and Em. Thanks, Em!

Tyler was very prompted, he served my furnace, cleaned and explained what he was doing as he proceeded to go through it. He also showed me the printout and explained as he went over it with me line by line. I applied my signature where needed and I forwarded it to my realtor. I feel this person that I allowed in my home is very trustworthy and honest. I would use this company again and recommend it to my friends.

do NOT recommend Swan Plumbing, Heating, and Air. Swan is who installed our tankless water heater and HVAC systems with the person who previously owned our home. We found out from another plumbing company that the tankless water heater had faulty or inappropriate connector pieces. About a month ago I scheduled appointments for both plumbing and HVAC routine maintenance, and Swan called me the day of those appointments to cancel both of them. They also sent a plumber who was unable to do a tankless water heater flush after rescheduling. I understand that there is a shortage of skilled laborers, but the company is unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Swan installed a new furnace, heat pump, tankless water heater, thermostat and electric panel to replace the original systems in our house. The estimating process was great. Brian explained everything with great patience and reworked the configuration several times as we thought about what we wanted to do. Their price was very competitive, and we felt comfortable that we were getting what we needed. Other companies presented misleading and even incorrect information, so it was nice to work with folks we felt we could trust. Brian also made sure we got all the rebates that applied, which was a significant savings.

The installation process went smoothly, and everything was finished in 2 1/2 days. The technicians showed us how to change the filters, program the thermostat, etc., and listened to all our concerns. No clean-up was required. A follow-up visit was scheduled to investigate an odd noise which turned out to be an intake vent cover in one of the bedrooms that was vibrating due to increased airflow.

The entire process was relatively painless; they pulled the necessary permits, helped us schedule inspections and even filed for the Xcel and Denver rebates. I would highly recommend Swan for any plumbing, hvac or electrical needs.

Our furnace went out and Swan came out the next day to take a look. The technician opened everything with me to troubleshoot it together and we found a lot of issues that an inspection from last year did not find. We decided to replace the whole system but we did not feel pressured to do so like other HVAC companies tend to do. Installation was professional and while it took a little longer than expected, the job was done correctly to include bringing an actual electrician and plumber out to do inspections and help with part of the installation. Jerry did a fantastic job on the installation.

Swan came to install a new furnace and new A/C. Armando was the lead technician with help from Bruno, Justin and Sam. They were all professional , efficient ,personable and respectful of the property. I don’t think it could have gone any better.
