Gabriel was our technician and he was excellent! Even looked at an unrelated problem and told me what we needed to fix it (would have done it himself if he had the part). We have used Swan in the past and will use them going forward. I will also recommend to all my friends. It can be very hard to get reliable help in the mountains and Swan is always extremely professional and very reasonable.

Courteous and smart. Did the job well. Resolved the problem and really thought about a solution for a possible larger repair. Quality work and people. The prices seemed higher which was the only concern. But the service was better.

I love this company they're here when they say they're going to be and they keep in constant communication with me if they're running late or there's a problem and I so appreciate that because they respect my time.

He was only here to flush out the water heater, but immediately started trying to pressure me into a $3500 replacement of the whole system. Then he acted mad when I politely said I could not do that right now. Later, he told me that I should only expect to be able to use a Woodford W34-4-HC Freezeless Yard Hydrant in WARM WEATHER because (according to him) it's supposed to stay full of water and freeze in cold weather. I won't be hiring this company for plumbing projects.

Swan was responsive to phone calls, setting up appointments, and when our furnace broke down in the winter, responded immediately. Their representative, Mo, took the time to evaluate the situation, and when repair was not possible, provided several options for replacement, even lending a space heater in the interim. 5 stars for professionalism!

Swan came out to check our air conditioner for a tune-up. However it needed more work than a simple tune-up and more thorough cleaning so we did not continue with the transaction at that time. They also checked the furnace and noted that it needed a really good thorough cleaning and gave us a bid for that.
