I bought a house and was having heating issues from the start, Gary came over for a free consultation, walked through the house, explained what he thought was going on and possible fixes. The more we walked the more he became concerned with issues of safety of the flue and issues overlooked by the seller.

Gary immediately came up with a game plan, course of action and an estimate. We agreed to start the project and from start to finish Gary was up front, transparent, knowledgeable and went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

The job got done quickly even when multiple issues arose that couldn't have been foreseen, Gary got it handled, kept cost in line with his estimate even with the issues.

The job has been completed and the house is night and day in terms of the heating and cooling effectiveness and most of all safety of the system.

I cannot praise Gary and his team enough for their professionalism, knowledge, communication, pricing and just the overall experience.
