I don't know why this company has great reviews, because the experience I've had with them is HANDS DOWN THE WORST!
It took several days for someone to come by my condo to check the issue of my AC. three days later, they finally came to check my broken AC and said they would come back the next morning to fix it. It's now been 4 days and no one has showed up, and best of all THEY ARE IGNORING PHONE CALLS.
It's currently 97 degrees and I've been without AC for over a week now!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

As always Gary and the crew are the best. Always a pleasure do business with them. Ron came by today to do a check up and cleaning. He always very friendly and knowledgeable.

This company was great to work with! And everyone I worked with - Staisia (sorry if that's not correct but think its close) Jared and Ron were all great! They were able to come out the same day - diagnosed the problem and had it fixed through next day. I can't give them a high enough recommendation. I called Finney Mechanical late in the afternoon to look at a furnace that wasn't running. The temperatures were frigid and we needed someone out right away. They showed up within 1 1/2 hours and fixed the furnace. Price was right and the service was even better!! I would definitely use them again.

We had an estimate done to replace our boiler two years ago by Applewood Plumbing. Our boiler finally broke and a family friend recommended Finney Mechanical. She was very pleased with her new boiler that they installed and she highly recommended them. I gave them a call on Sunday and Gary Finney called back the same day and we scheduled for a Monday morning call after 9:00 am. At 9:10 Patrick came to check it out and got back with Gary and we got quotes for two different systems that same day. Tuesday morning they began replacing the boiler. All of the workers were polite and professional and timely. In addition to replacing the boiler, Finney patched the broken concrete under the boiler, added a main water shutoff to the house, and added an additional baseboard heater in the bathroom . I was quite pleased with the work and the workers and the final bill was only half of the estimate from Applewood Plumbing. I would highly recommend them to everyone . Above and beyond my expectations. A pleasure to deal with in a difficult situation. Gary even offered to lend me space heaters while the job was being done. Finney Mechanical was quick to respond to my call concerning a leaking evaporative cooler. Ron was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable in his systematic assessment of the problem. He offered detailed and helpful explanations and once identified the source of the leak, quickly fixed the problem. Everyone at Finney Mechanical has been a pleasure to work with. They are consistently professional and perform great work at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend.

Gary and his team do excellent work. They adapt to curveballs thrown their way very well. Had AC installed by them for about 8 months now and it's been fabulous especially after this hot summer. They always check in and ask how the system is running too. Couldn't ask for a better AC unit. Also, the head of the crew, Ron, is the best. He explains everything clearly and is just as nice as they come.

Total pros from first call to the service completion. Super nice techs and very generous with their knowledge. Evap cooler is new to me and the guys walked me through the whole process. Feel like I have found my HVAC company!
