Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric - Denver

Started out okay. Got a quick appointment for someone to come out and look at our water heater. However, had to pay the $65 assessment fee and then never heard back from them. No follow up, no quote, nothing. Pretty scammy. Obviously, not going to use them for actual work after that experience.

Cody restored our 1941 built galvy pipe connections to our bathroom sink when a shut-off valve was leaking and my poor plumbing skills as a homeowner trying to fixit didn't work. He installed all new valves, supply lines, escutcheons and a new toilet all at a very reasonable price for seniors. :)

We needed a new furnace and they were able to send someone out to inspect our unit same day. We were scheduled for a new furnance for Tuesday but they had a cancelation and got someone out to us today. The technician, Kirk, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very nice and took the time to run us through the new unit and thermostat. We are very pleased with our experience with this company and will be using them again in the future.

Brother's helped our company get back on track when we had some line issues. During the job they were courteous and reliable to communicate with our staff. Rob does a fantastic job of leading his team and was an absolute joy to have around.

I attempted to have Brothers come to my home to install and wire recessed lighting fixtures in a bedroom, but they failed to show up on 3 consecutive occasions within a week. It was always some excuse for the technician running behind, which I can understand to some extent, but after the 3rd time I figured they are either under staffed or don't know how to prioritized and manager their jobs, so I gave up on them and decided to look for another, more reliable electrician.

Ron S, Andrew L. and the whole team at Brothers have been great! Old heater went out on a Friday, Brothers installed a new heater over the weekend. Frank and his assistant who quoted where informative and professional. Andrew L the installer was a master at his trade. He was very thorough, did a clean and professional looking install, penetrations and ductwork look amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the work. He walked me through the entire install, and answered all my questions.
They are my go to plumber, electrical and HVAC.

Brothers answered my call instantly. Brenda was very helpful and sweet, at 9:45 PM. The promised time slot the following day was met and very much appreciated - especially since my previous promised time slot with a different company had been repeatedly put off - for 3 days!! The technician who handled my call, John Morgan, was superb! He was professional, very kind, and thoroughly skilled! He replaced the old, failed 30+ year-old outdoor faucet and got my water supply turned back on. He also replaced our 30-year-old garbage disposal. All done with ease and excellent clean-up after. He was backed up by their parts department. He wanted to install the exact, correct size pipe; which, at his request, was delivered by them within the hour - straight to my door. My Covid preferences were followed as well. Brothers has just won over a new customer. Thank you, thank you!!

Mark was awesome. He listened to my concerns and worked hard to figure out how to address my issues. He is professional and polite and was on time. I also felt like the service was a good value. I will definitely use again and also recommend to others.

We had a leaky tub faucet and decided to just have the knob, plate, and faucet replaced. Jeff B. was prompt, polite, and explained everything he was doing along the way. A big plus was that my dogs (who can be absolute jerks) loved Jeff B. and barely left his side while he was working. Great work! We'll be using Brothers again.

Robert did an excellent job servicing the tankless water heater. He informed me about the work being done and clearly explained the reason for the malfunction. Highly recommend Robert!
