    Brothers is wonderful, but so are their employees. Jonathon has been to our house a couple times. He’s so kind and polite every time, does a fabulous job, and is extremely professional. I highly recommend Brothers. AND consider yourself lucky if Jonathon is your technician!

    Johnny our technician was wonderful! Pleasant, educated and professional. He explained everything and took care of us well! We are super pleased with Brothers Heating especially as they performed quality service bringing us up to code and completing the job for less than half the price quoted by Applewood. Wow what a life saver! Thanks to everyone that helped including the intake specialist, technician and hot water tank delivery crew! Would highly recommend!

    Austin and Ashley came to our house within the 2 hour window and were very professional, attentive, and friendly. I needed help hooking up our gas grill to an existing gas line and had no confidence in doing it myself. They explained what they were doing, got everything hooked up, and even made sure the grill worked as it should. I would definitely call Brothers again!

    The more ive seen the work the less i am satisfied. There were old trash pipes left inside and outside, the dishwasher wasnt screwed into the cabinet. The worst part is that Cody didnt have enough materials to fully finish the job so I had to go purchase hose extensions to make the final product suitable and finish the installation myself after he had already left. Just did not do the full job and it was not the cheapest.

    I reached back out to brothers to have them come fix it so the pipes went along the side. A different technician came out and he did a great job. Added pipe and although he did have to use the extra material I purchased, which is ridiculous that i had to do that, he made the pipe go along the outside of the cabinet and fixed it to my standards. He tested the dishwasher to make sure it wasnt leaking and really made the job how it should have been done the first time.

    Justin came to clean out our sewer line and he was very friendly, thorough, and professional. He advised me on some other plumbing related things to consider, but wasn’t pushy or too trying to up-sell us too much. Highly recommend Brothers for your sewer needs.

    RIP OFF & THIEVES!

    TLDR: Don't even think about calling this company, they quoted me $285.00 to do a pressure test on my AC, came and did it and charged me $735.00 for it. Before they even did the pressure test they told me I would need a whole new AC system (mine is 3 years old) and they also recommended I get a new hot water heater at the same time because it's old. They quoted me over $15,000.00 worth of work when I was just low on coolant and needed recharged!! They also undid my furnace exhaust and left it wide open after their second visit, if I turned my furnace on our whole family would have literally died from carbon monoxide poisoning!

    Day one: They came out to assess why my AC was not blowing cold air. They suggested I had a leak in one of the joints but needed to do a pressure test to confirm where the leak was. They quoted $3,200 to find and fix the leaky joint and recommended I get a new water heater for an additional $3,600 even though it works totally fine.

    Day two: They showed up and immediately said they decided it was not a bad joint and I should just replace the whole entire AC system for $12,000 to save and not have to pay for the leak detection. Obviously I'm not going to spend $12k without knowing what the actual problem is so they did a leak test, they said they could only test half of the system which would determine which have has the problem and which side needed to be replaced. After 15 minutes of waiting he determined the half he tested was holding pressure and that the outdoor condenser needed to be replaced although I should still replace the whole thing. I said I wanted to wait and do a longer leak test to confirm it wasn't a small leak so he said he would come back in 5 days. He removed his gauges and left.

    Day three: He came back, plugged his gauges in and it had lost pressure so he said his last diagnosis was wrong and I needed to replace the indoor coils but again recommended that I replace the whole system. (read more below) I told him I had to think about it.

    I called a different company, they came the next day, did the leak test on day one included in the $99.00 show up fee (Brothers charged over $700 for it), they did a longer leak test on the WHOLE SYSTEM INSTEAD OF JUST HALF OF IT and waited at my house longer to determine that the system did not leak and in fact was just low on coolant. In fact our pressure rose while he was there as the outdoor temperature rose it increased the temperature. This service tech explained that each time the Brother's tech removed or reinstalled their gauges the pressure would drop so it turns out that everything Brother's did was completely pointless with the goal of up charging me to replace equipment.

    I had Brother's come to my home to service a leaky pipe. Upon arrival, the technician asked that I start a load of laundry to see if we can get the pipe to start dripping. Running the machine did not produce water from the pipe. The technician then asked that I turn on all water sources in my home, which caused the pipe to be overwhelmed. The pipe then started pouring water, which got on my furnace. The technician said I should have another Brother's tech come out to inspect the furnace to ensure it wasn't ruined from the water leak, at an additional cost to me. It was determined that there was likely a clog in my mine line. A toilet was removed from my bathroom and the tech tried to see if he could unclog the pipe. He was unsuccessful in doing so and called yet another technician to come to my home to see if they could identify the problem. The toilet was left in my kitchen and the bolts to the toilet were not left at my home.

    The next technician arrived and within 15 mins of being at my home suggested the sewer line was compromised and I would need to have my sewer line replaced at a minimum cost of $9k. I was left feeling completely overwhelmed and feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Over the weekend I had a gut feeling I should get a 2nd opinion. I had another plumbing company come on Sunday. They performed the same inspection as Brothers and came to a very different conclusion. They took the time to walk me through what they saw and potential remedies to the situation. Their technician spent 3 hours working at the clog and was successful in unclogging my mine sewer line after pulling out tree roots. I felt included in the decision making process and was relieved to find out my sewer line was not compromised and I could avoid the $9k bill and tearing up my backyard. However, I was charge over $800 by Brothers for providing little to no resolution. I also had to pay $200 to have the toilet reinstalled and for new bolts that were not left at my home.

    Had a sump pump replaced. Service was on time and with a very thorough explanation of pump selection and installation. Very pleased with the installation and highly recommend Brothers for your plumbing needs.
