The three-man team installed a new furnace, air conditioner and a hot water heater. They arrived on time as promised and were very professional and informative. Their installation was very organized and took as little space as possible. Everything looks so professionally done. Very impressed with their workmanship and customer service. The office staff kept us informed and made changes in scheduling in order to get the work completed even sooner. They performed this installation within one day. We would highly recommend this company!

The technicians were kind when they were in our home- but twice they had a scheduling issue with them where the electrician was scheduled for 8am- showed up at 2pm then said he didn’t have time for our job- then blew us off for the following appointment. It was frustrating because when they no called and no showed the next day- the main office didn’t seem to care much, they said a manager would give me a call and no one did. We also felt it was pretty overpriced- they gave us an estimate for double the price of what we can get some additional work done. I wouldn't use them again.

To start, Shelby our tech was absolutely incredible. She was incredibly kind and absolutely had our best interests in mind when servicing us. She was on time and mindful of not dragging any additional dirt or mess throughout the house. She’s great and I appreciate her greatly.

That all being said please do more research when looking at HVAC companies and comparison shop. Brothers has the absolute most expensive installations and repairs out of the nearly dozen quotes that I have gotten for my installation. I nearly paid them a $500 non refundable deposit that would have been a massive mistake for my family. The financing they offer is below grade compared to everyone else in Denver and Northern Colorado. Please do your research and you can save over 10K on your HVAC installation with 0% financing for multiple years like I just did. I nearly made the worst mistake of my new homeowner life and I am glad I avoided going with Brothers.

I am incredibly thankful for making additional calls before settling for an absolute mistake.

Joe got here quick, assessed the situation, let us know options and then performed the work. He can't control pricing, but did find a coupon for us and every little bit helps. A bit talkative for me, but others probably find that reassuring. Good experience overall! Thanks Joe P!

They are always on time, let you know when they're coming, call to confirm and then send a picture of the technician in advance. It's always been a pleasure to deal with them - can't recommend them enough!!

We ordered an estimate to install a humidifier. Adrian arrived on time, was very professional and respectful to our home (event brought his own booties). He gave us a lot of great tips and information about our HVAC system and even inspected a water heater we has issues with. We are very happy with the initial appointment and looking forward to continuing working with this company.

Michael K came out to clean and inspect our furnace for my condo. He was very thorough and professional. And despite the furnace being 15+ years old found nothing wrong.

Technician was very nice, we have been using Brothers for quite some time. I was notified during an inspection that my furnace had a crack in a coil and had to be condemned and must be replaced immediately. I was forced to give a deposit that was stated as non-refundable while I got a second opinion. I got a second opinion and that quote came in more than $4000 less than the Brothers quote for comparable equipment with a better warranty. Obviously, I went with the less expensive option since it was the exact same thing. Unfortunately, now I can't get my deposit back which I feel is bad business.
