The guys at Salt Lake City power HVAC division helped me every bit of the way and provided me with good equipment, good service and are a pleasure to work with. Everyone from customer service guy to the guy who delivers my equipment, I am always treated with respect. Seems everyone’s will go the extra mile to take care of my needs. United Rentals is my first phone call for all my equipment needs no mater what part of the country I am working in. I can always count on United Rentals to help me out.

United Rentals assisted with providing equipment on short notice for us to complete a deadline. The staff was knowledgeable in the equipment that I needed and was able to quickly make the reservation. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I have worked with Deidre and Brodie for the past year. They are very responsive and take care of all my needs in a timely manner. They have been able to help me out with anything no matter what time of day it is or if it is the weekend. They are great at what they do!

I had a Scissor today that wasn't working, Rob happen to stop by the job site and was able to get it working. Me and my crew was able keep installing are millwork.

Deidra is a true professional and dang good at what she does. As a life long contractor I have had countless encounters with vendors for purchasing and rentals. Rarely do you find someone that can help (with options you didn't think of) in a timely manor. Untied pulled our grits out a fire when we needed a specialty piece of equipment with no notice and then proceeded to help us service a separate piece of equipment (again no notice) on a weekend so it could be back on a job making money by Monday. If there was a 6 star option, they would have my vote for it. Well done!!!

I rented two generators for a construction project in Salt Lake City. United staff responded immediately and had the equipment on my job site same day.
