I needed to replace my 30 year old furnace and air conditioner. I called several companies to get bids for the project. Gelten Pro offers many more brands of equipment and better prices than any of the other companies I received bids from. Winder and his employees are all friendly, prompt and professional. They wore shoe coverings and left everything very tidy and neat when they finished their work.

The true test of any company is how they treat you after the sale. About a month after the purchase I wanted to have the blower motor on my AC set to a slower speed. I sent them a text. Winder the owner called me immediately. He came out a couple hours later and changed the blower speed so the unit would run quieter & more efficiently.

They are very professional throughout the whole process. I love that they send emails to remind you when it’s time for a service, and when you talk to them over the phone they treat you very well. The technician arrived on time, he kindly sent us a text message to let us know he was on his way. He was also very knowledgeable, polite and professional, and he responded to all of our questions. We are very happy with geltenpro and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I had my ducts/vents cleaned which I’m sure they’ve never been cleaned (I moved in a few months ago). They were absolutely disgusting. I had previously gotten a quote from someone else who tried to charge over $1000 after originally telling me it would be $200. These guys did not do that and they did an amazing job. They even tuned my heater while they were there. Incredibly professional and nice. I will absolutely use them again. Great price and service.
