Apex Clean Air AC, Heating Repair & Air Duct Cleaning

I just had Ryan Chen from Apex clean out my vents and do a system check for my home. What a pleasure! He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable!!! I am very impressed with the system they use…a hepa vacuum.. no dust or mess in the rest of the house! So glad I now have a clean system! I highly recommend Ryan and this company!

Everything was wonderful. Scheduling was a breeze, they will send you an email confirmation and texted me when they had a cancellation to get the job sooner. Great customer service. Our technician, Mason called when they he was 20 mins away. He arrived in the expected arrival window. Mason was amazing. He was professional and very thorough. I am impressed and would recommend Apex Clean Air to anyone.

Mason did an amazing job in helping us address our old HVAC system issues! He first came to help us in the winter to clean our vents and do some maintenance on our old furnace, he took extra time to make sure our vents were clean and sanitized since we have multiple people in our home with allergies. After this visit we knew we could entrust him with servicing our AC unit. He helped us find the best value for replacing our old equipment so our home would run up to 50% more efficient. We couldn’t have done it without him! I will continue using this company for years to come!

Mason was so helpful and friendly when explaining the process of cleaning the duct system. I was looking for a new heater and totally trusted him with all the information. I decided to buy the new heater because the financing was great and very helpful. I would totally recommend APEX! He also was great with our animals!

I contacted Apex Clean Air, to have a heating and A/C replace, and air duct cleaning I had Austin give an estimate, he was very helpful. In telling me what equipment I need it for the house, I went with the right product, for the right price and customer service contacted me for the appointment to have the equipment install I had Drew and Daniel coming to the house they were very polite, they were here on time, and finished the installation at the time promise, I'm satisfied with the equipment, and I don't hesitate to use Apex Clean air again, I recommend there service for a job well done. I called Apex because another company canceled on me at the last minutes. Their costumer service was excellent, they accommodated me on my only day off. Ryan not only did an amazing job, he was cordial, polite, and helpful. He took a lot of time explaining my options and advising me. He helped me to make decisions knowing what I needed.
After he finished, the house was like nobody worked there.

Dishonest company.

Before leaving Apex manager, Michael Brazile, informed me additional work was needed to fully seal the ductwork and prevent AC from going into the crawl space. He said he could recommend some companies and was going to go call my landlord to share the recommendation and tell him what had been done.

Fast forward a week, my landlord informs me Michael told him the ductwork is fully sealed and no further work is recommended or needed.

I then called Apex to confirm, since Michael gave opposite advice to my landlord and me. Apex refused to confirm whether or not their advice regarding the need for duct work repair had changed. They claimed they weren’t at liberty to communicate with me because my landlord had sent them an email instructing them to only communicate with him directly, and to not communicate with me.

My landlord said no such email exists and he didn’t make such instruction. My landlord informed me that when Michael called upon leaving the house last week, he was EXTREMELY frustrated and declared Apex will only communicate with him going forward due to miscommunications and, therefore, Apex’s refusal to communicate with me is self imposed.

The refusal to communicate isn’t the real problem, their inconsistent statements and dishonesty is. If they change their recommendations regarding needed work instantaneously, depending on who they’re speaking to, with no explanation for the change and lie about something like this (claiming to have been given instruction they were never given and referring to a fictitious email to defend their self imposed refusal to communicate), one can only wonder what else they lie about.

I wouldn’t trust Apex to give an honest evaluation of what work is needed (it could change wildly without rhyme or reason) or guidance regarding the most advisable or cost effective repair or install option etc. I would never hire a company I can’t trust.

The last time we had our vents cleaned was at least 10 years ago---far too long. Donovan Miller was friendly and very professional. We have two little dogs and Donovan was not concerned or worried if they were trying to "help". He was efficient and completed our service in two hours! We will definitely be recommending Apex Clean Air to anyone who asks.
