The air in the house feels so much clearer.

I had Apex out to clean my main line and the vents in the system. When the technician arrived he explain how the system would not be fully included in the Groupon I had Purchased and it would cost Close to $500 to fully have every part of the return system cleaned. I opted for just having the parts cleaned which were included in the Groupon. The Technician then came back in from getting his tools to let me know he had forgotten his drill and would not be able to start any work till he had gone back to get it. I offered my person cordless drill and he was able to use it to do his job. He asked if I needed to Review his work. I said no (which is my own fault) since they do offer a 100% Quality Guarantee, I did not feel the need to double check his work, seeing as I was also running late to head to work.
About a week later I opened the Vent in our master bathroom and while sitting on the toilet had large amounts of debris fall from the vent onto my head. I called the company and notified them of the issue. Was told someone would be out 2 days later on Monday. I also told them how several vent covers had missing screws and I know they had been removed and could they replace them since they were not able to be found in the house. The manager informed me that yes these issues would be resolved.
On December 19th, Apex sent out a different technician and this time the service was superb. The vents were cleaned a second time, and They even went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied and understood that the quality I first experienced was not to their standard and would never happen again. All the vents were secured and missing hardware was replaced, Pictures were taken to show how the quality should have been done. Austin Did a great job and I would Highly Recommend when calling Ask for Him. Hes polite and made sure that I understood all he was doing and updated me as he moved through out the House.

Tech Gabriel was on time and very professional throughout the entire visit. He did an excellent job cleaning out our air ducts and found that our new furnace had the wrong sized air filter in it. All around a wonderful experience and it only cost us ~$150 when other companies were trying to charge over double for the same thing. 10/10 recommended.

Tyler Huffman did a excellent job cleaning out the vents to our home. He worked very hard and did a thorough job. His customer service was top quality, he was respectful and professional.

We had Mason come to the house to clean the vents and he was awesome, professional, on time and thoroughly explained everything and the process he was conducting to clean the vents. He had amazing hospitality and was a great person overall, would definitely use the service again!

Seth came in and did air duct cleaning for us he was very friendly and professional. Went through everything and told us everything we needed to get done, got us a brand new thermostat as the one we had was very old. Definitely recommend this company

It's extremely rare nowadays that you interact with a company that has your best interests a priority over their own and doesn't use high pressure tactics to get a sale. Frank was professional and never made me feel uncomfortable in presenting my options. He went the extra mile to make me a very satisfied customer and I can't say enough how Apex was first class in meeting my needs and working with me to get exactly what I needed to make my home a clean air experience!

I hate to do it but I have to downgrade my original post below. I decided to take Seth's advice that he gave me on his first visit to have the furnace blower, aka the squirrel cage, cleaned. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked that Seth be the technician because I had a lot of confidence in him. Seth originally told me that in order to clean the cage, he takes it out to his truck and uses a compressor or was it a self contained sink and a special cleaner. But when he came over to do the work, he said the compressor was broken so he had to clean it in my bathtub. I had to supply a bunch of rags to prevent scratches in the bathtub, the liquid spray cleaner was on the toxic side and it had me coughing for awhile, oh, and when Seth removed the squirrel cage he didn't have the drop cloth positioned well so it caused a minor stain on my beige carpet that has been completely spotless for years; and he needed, but didn't have, WD 40 and I provided a substitute.
I still think Seth is a good technician and if I needed more work, I would have confidence in him; but he is human and he definitely dropped the ball a bit this time. But he did a good job cleaning the cage and making certain everything was in proper working order.
Seth is smart and honest. I have confidence that he learned from this experience and he'll be more diligent if he does your work. We all make mistakes.

I had a groupon for $49 to clean the dryer vent, return vent and air ducts. The technician, Seth, was very professional. He explained what he would be doing and made some recommendations as to what needed to be done. He impressed me because he was a serious, honest technician and not a pushy salesman.

Donovan Miller was really great to work with. He made everything very easy to understand and walked me step by step through the best options for my very old and dusty house, which will be far less dusty thanks to him.

Someone dropped an appointment so they called me and got me scheduled sooner, which was so great and worked out better for us. Frank Mcrae arrived on time and was very friendly fast and efficient. I will definitely use them again!!
