Apex Clean Air AC, Heating Repair & Air Duct Cleaning

Searching for a company to clean vents & check heating/air. Apex Clean Air showed up on my Facebook feed, contacted and easily set up an appointment. The company outreached prior the technician’s arrival to see if I had inquiries and appointment confirmation.

Seth, was the technician assigned, impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and politeness. He explained things step-by-step beginning through to completion.

Seth contacted his colleague, Mason, to discuss heating/air unit replacement. I found our conversation to be very informative, but more importantly, walked away feeling exceedingly confident the installation is going to be done right. He was able to answer all of my questions and very professional.

Travis H. did hands down an AMAZING JOB! I have never had a ventilation system cleaned before, and he was so personable and kind, and just wonderful energy person to be around. He asked me whether or not I wanted to know about my furnace system, and gave me a fully understandable explanation, and asked if I needed clarification on anything. He then walked me through how the process would be done, and was very patient and kind as I had to move certain things out of his way to work. He also was so thorough and left ZERO mess behind! Because of this great experience with Travis, I am now a more knowledgeable home owner, have a cleaner ventilation system, AND will be using Apex again for my HVAC needs going forward, and specifically requesting him as our technician! The best HVAC experience. Our technician, Alex, was incredibly informative and highly professional. He gave us recommendations for our system and helped educate on the importance of regular maintenance. As well as providing a very personable experience. With such a friendly demeanor and great attitude, we felt he really cared about giving us an excellent experience. I feel comfortable saying that I would absolutely use their services again

We definitely needed to have our air ducts cleaned. Nate from Apex did a great job getting things done. Besides throughly cleaning the air ducts, he dismantled the furnace blower and motor for a deep cleaning. We highly recommend Apex for your air duct cleaning needs!

Ryan called to let us know his ETA when he was 25 minutes from arrival, well within the appointment timeframe. He did a thorough evaluation of our HVAC systems and made suggestions for improvements and preventative maintenance. He then cleaned our ductwork, service vents, air return, and dryer vent. Ryan was very careful of our home and explained what he would be doing before proceeding. Overall, Ryan was very professional and friendly, and I would be happy to have him to work in our home when needed in the future.

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by the Donovan Miller at Apex Clean Air and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Donovan was very thorough in his work and went the extra mile to ensure that all of my air ducts were completely clean. He was also very professional and friendly and took the time to explain the process to me. After a GREAT air duct cleaning from Tyler H., my husband and I decided to talk with Mason S. about upgrading our HVAC system. The home we purchased came with a dead A/C and a working furnace that is at the end of its life. We were so delighted that Mason S. took the time to explain our upgrade options. Tyler and Mason are not only helping our home but our life and baby on the way. I HIGHLY recommend them! :)

Donovan was just here and did a fantastic job! Not only the quality of work but he has a great attitude and was able to explain everything, in detail, every step of the way. We are so happy the vents are clean now as we thought they were when we bought the house, but it was very clear they had not been. We are very excited to now have the UV light to truly help us breathe a little easier!

Donovan was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns. Our appointment wasn’t for 2 weeks but an opening came up early. Donovan did the duct/vent cleaning that we had originally requested but also addressed the concerns we had with the air quality and system filtration.
