Not only was the communication with the office exactly what one would hope for, they were able to work around my personal schedule, which I appreciate. Then, upon arrival of their tech, Emmitt, it was clear this was the company I’ll continue to use moving forward, specifically Emmitt. He was knowledge, showed me everything he looks for, showed me a concern on my furnace motor, talked to me about the differences in furnace filters, and set expectations for his time while working in my home. Emmitt was professional, kind, considerate, and thorough. I look forward to our next service together.
