Seth was professional, nice, knowledgeable explained the what’s and why’s, I will use them again. Very comfortable having in the home.

Mason was thoughtful and informative. He made suggestions which he backed up with simple explanations I could follow, and not feel like was agreeing to something I didn't understand. He took extra time to fix issues outside of what I hired him for, and I feel like I'm finally breathing clean air! I'm glad I finally found a trustworthy company that does the job right. I love Apex Clean Air this is my 3rd time using them they do a fantastic job everytime. Mason came today super nice guy, professional, and he got the job done right. I watch for their $49 don't let the cheap price fool you they always do an great job. Mason from Apex Clean Air was great! He was extremely professional, likeable and knowledgeable about all things HVACS. After purchasing our 30 year old home 2 years ago, we got one of their $49 coupons in the mail and decided to take a chance as we knew this place probably had never been cleaned! Mason showed us before and after pics and good lord, we had some gnarly stuff hangin out in our ducts. The air smells so nice and clean now! He also gave us a lot of great info on our furnace and even referred us to another company to have them come check it out since it's so old. We really appreciate Mason and Apex Clean air for their honesty and integrity! We're customers for life!

Apex was courteous and professional from the start! Our technician, Alex, was incredibly knowledgeable on every subject and a pleasure to have working in the house all day. (I usually hate having strangers in the house, even professionals.) They treated us like customers who matter, not just another dollar. They were honest, didn't upsell, and just an absolute joy to work with the entire time. I couldn't recommend them enough!

My 27 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced and I received 6 quotes to do such. Austin J. was the Sale Rep for Apex and he met me at the house to provide a quote. During the process of getting the quotes, Austin fielded several calls with questions, made a second in home site visit and answered all questions thoroughly and accurately. In addition, he was able to provide a quick install schedule that met my needs. Ben was at my residence the day prior to the HVAC installation to clean the air ducts and was professional and thorough. Tyler and Andy were the young men that completed the removal of the old system and the install of the new. Upon arrival, their youth made me a bit skeptical on the install and they were flooded with several questions prior to beginning. I must say they were well beyond their years concerning fielding the questions and answered thoroughly any concerns I had. Tyler and Andy provided a professional, thorough, tidy install in one day. The pricing was in the middle of the field and yet Austin's attention my questions and needs sold the deal and this was followed up by excellent attention to the job by Ben, Tyler and Andy. I highly recommend Apex for your HVAC needs! Thanks!
