What started out as a bad experience turned out to be a great experience after all. The most important thing in life is fixing what was not done correct and they made it more than fair and right. Will definitely do business in the future.

Our technician (Austin Johnson) was courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer our questions and was never annoyed when we repeatedly asked to see what he was finding in our system (it was gross!). He educated us on additional services that Apex offers but was never pushy or disrespectful if we asked to think about it or declined. He was respectful of our home and took extra care when moving throughout our house (which is small) with his hoses.... and when he was finished, he returned everything back to the way he found it. Overall, we were VERY pleased with Apex's responsiveness, customer service, and our technician's abilities. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, reputable company!

I had Apex come out for a duct cleaning special, and ended up having them clean my entire system. They did a phenomenal job; my heat has never worked better! I really appreciated their transparency on the pricing, and that they invited me to watch the work being done every step of the way. They genuinely wanted to help me learn how things work so I know what to look out for. There was zero pressure to spend more getting everything done, they just showed me pictures of what the issues were and I trusted their knowledge and expertise. I’m definitely happy I went with Apex and would recommend anyone needing work done on their system do the same!

My wife and I had a good experience with the service provided by the company. Donovan spent literally at least 7 hours a week ago cleaning all the house air ducts and vents including the drying machine duct. I was shocked seeing all the stuff he removed from the ducts. He was awesome and did a very detailed work!
Today Andy and Tyler came for the furnace installation and they were very friendly and explain us how the new furnace works comparing with the old one. They also explained us about the new digital thermostat and its phone app features, very cool!! A good experience in general.

Emmitt and Gabriel just left here. They were so nice and they did an incredible job. They were really careful and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I just mentioned to them that I had a furnace tune-up scheduled and they offered to take care of that too! Another half hour and only $49 later, all the work was done. I will definitely call them again. Great value. Great service. And so nice!

Mason was very professional, knowledgeable and keen to ensure we received the best service. He was thorough explaining everything to us and the difference (once cleaned) could be smelled immediately.
Super impressed by the company, their responsiveness to calls, text messages and service.
We for sure will be return customers, Mason cultivated a very positive energy and we truly appreciated his work and attention to detail.
Don't get me wrong this is not a cheap service but I know that for the price, I have peace of mind and that my family will be safe. The dryer was working against itself. Danger all on its own!!!!

My tech was Isaiah and he was very professional and pleasant. He took his time to explain what he was going to do an did a thorough and complete job. Took pictures of everything and covered every photo with me afterwards. I highly recommend Apex Clean Air and Isaiah for their services. I had my ducts cleaned. Excellent!! So glad I called them! And reasonable pricing!
