Worst experience I have ever had with this place. We have gotten stuff from Conn's so many times, but this visit was TERRIBLE!!! We had decided on the TV we wanted within 20 minutes. We were already approved for a loan online. The next hour and a half was spent with our salesman trying to change the apartment number for our address because we are moving (from one end of the building to the other) and wanted the TV delivered to our new address the day we move. We ended up just walking out without buying anything. The salesmen was rude as soon as we got there because we had already done the research on two TVs and just wanted to see them to compare. "I guess you already know everything then don't you!" We have bought some many things from this Conn's and to be treated like this is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be back.

I really wish I would’ve just called the Better Business Bureau. This place is absolutely fraudulent I am not sure who gave them the four stars but I was totally ripped off on the purchase of a 900 almost $1000 refrigerator. They missed the components to make the ice machine Work for the refrigerator. And then after many contacts choose to ignore. Terrible company a shame to any family on business

Do not buy from this place even if it is your last resort. The quality of the product is extremely poor and way over priced. I highly encourage to check out any other option before purchasing from Conns. Also on your credit they will not only report the amount you owe but also the interest owed on the account. So it will show a way higher number on your credit then what is actually owed.. Stay away from this place

Always been great to me. Plus they have this really beautiful younger girl that works at the front desk. She's very gorgeous and I really want to talk to her haha but overall a great place and great people.

The gentleman was very polite and patient with my questions I had for everything i was browsing at. If he didn't know the answer he found the answer asking other employees. I ended up making a purchase and I'm sure my son will be very pleased

Conns off of 52nd and Wadsworth is a really good location and has some wonderful staff, Today I was assisted by an employee by the name of Christine she was very helpful and patient and helped me find exactly what I needed. It was an amazing experience I would recommend this location to anyone including family.

This goes out to the corporate office who ever handles billing . We paid off our conns account in full then a month later Conns still takes a payment out and instead of them refunding it ASAP back to my account they want to send a check in the mail and they say it can take up to 30 days ! Conns are you serious?! That’s not even remotely fair you take my money and make me wait 30 days to receive it back I will never do business with your company again nor will anyone I know . Total rip off

I have shopped at Conn's for nearly 30 years (here in Colorado and Texas ). This is the only place that I will get my furniture, appliances, electronics. They offer great prices, reliable merchandise. When I have gone in to shop or just look, they do not pressure sales me but are there if I have any questions. If the first time you have a problem, talk to the manager. Then give them a second chance. We all have our bad days once in a while.
