Thanks so much to Amanda for making my purchase absolutely easy. She was very thorough with everything.

I would suggest that nobody shop here and if you do buy, don't have anything delivered. The customer service is terrible the delivery people scratched my hardwood floor, and I was offered 200.00 to "go away" and called a liar because the delivery people said they didn't come in the front door still not really sure how they delivered the furniture must have been magic. There's alot more I could say but not enough room on here.

If you use the delivery service video tape them delivering your purchase they are not honest about what they do. The customer service is terrible and very rude people. You can't even talk to to a manager it's ridiculous.

Timothy and his manager Stephanie went above and beyond today to help me with my purchase. This was my first experience at CONNS and I must say I will be back multiple times love the store and there’s staff is fantastic! “HIGHLY SUGGEST” shopping here they go above and beyond to get you the products you are trying to find! Thanks again guys!!!

Staff were friendly and polite the manager Kelsey was not so friendly on the other hand had a very stuck up preppy attitude not sure I will be back when she is in the store

Way over priced. They also sold me a box spring my bed didn't need and wouldn't take it back so I owe another 1k for something I threw away

Being a return customer and decently versed in the sale’s procedure, I have to take a moment to praise Joshua Mckie. He initiated the sale by calling us after we put in a word of request via online and having met with him today to finalize the sale- I can not express how easy the experience was, specially in comparison to previous purchases. He was extremely formal, paitient, knowledgeable and best of all friendly. I love the instructions for delivery he left us with and his willingness to walk us through the insurance policy we were buying. By far the best experience we’ve had so far.

I loved the 2 guys that helped me out. Christian and josh where amazing they did everything possible to make the whole experience wonderful. Got us approved and made the whole buying process easy. They even stayed after closing hours to helps us get everything checked out!! I will return again.

Ashley was great, very nice, I knew what I wanted in a washer/dryer and had a 4th of July discount. I unfortunately didn't get the names of the 2 nice delivery men but they were great! Wonderful experience and enjoying working machines!
