My wife and I were interested in getting new furniture. We went into Conn's with an idea of what we wanted and we walked out with a tremendous set of couches and tables that we will appreciate for many years to come. The staff was great. In particular, Laura was splendid and an absolute joy to work with during our whole experience there. Thanks for the everything!

Dan and Edson were Amazing very acknowledgeable of there products give them a 5 star rating however there Was a employee who was sitting in a massage chair with his shoes off on his phone non professional didn’t seem to care that there were customers in the store

If I could give no stars I would. This has been and continues to be a horrible experience. Not only did I receive a defective couch it took two months and over 30 calls to at least 8 different numbers to fill a claim and get a service request date. I told them before we made the appointment for the service request I DID NIT WANT THE COUCH ANYMORE. Conns is blaming the manufacturers the manufacturers are blaming conns. I call the store and David the manger says to call customer service that they have nothing to do with that ( but I picked out the couch and received it from this store) that he could send an email but that if I call and yell at customer service that I would get a quicker response. Well that does not work David. The service tech comes and “fixes” the couch when I tell him I don’t want the couch he states that I would have to speak to conns! I call David back today and again says call customer service I request his area manager info he refuses so I say I’ll call another store. End up calling customer service 5 times to tell my story 4 times to reps and once to a supervisor took over 2 hours for them to put me on hold and put me back in the que and finally the last time I’m talking to a supervisor who just hangs up on me. DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Never have I ever experienced such lack of customer service and such lack of accountability.
****Update**** They emailed me I told them the whole story via email and they denied my claim. Called customer service and of course get hung up on. Call the store they give me the number to customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE

David was very courteous and helpful. Nobody pressured us into anything, he answered our questions and let us decide what we wanted to do. I would give 5 stars, but they didn't have the model of refrigerator that we were looking for. We still got a great deal on an appliance package.

We are tremendously disappointed with our purchase. I'd pay a 15% restocking fee to return the items but they offer no returns. They state their goal is "100% satisfaction", great in theory but not in reality. Save your money if comfort and quality is of importance to you.

Oh Conn’s... where do I start ?? My sales guy was GREAT... that is about it . They couldn’t deliver the day that was decided on in store (my husband and I were off work that day and that’s the day that we decided on) so I get a call before they close stating that day had been filled and it had to be the next day... fine , that’s cool. We reschedule and it was supposed to be delivered between 3:30-6:30. I get a call AT 6:40 stating they were running late. We have dinner plans this evening and had to cancel to cater to Conn’s . Once again. They show up and bring in my bed and dresser and start to leave . I was supposed to have 3 other pieces of furniture . They search the truck and it’s magically there . They tell me the news that one nightstand is damaged . A huge chunk taken out of the top. I call customer service , which is a joke , and she says to accept delivery of this nightstand and they will send one out on Friday (This was a Wed) . I wait until Saturday and call the store . I’m told I will receive a call back on Sunday. No call back... I call on Monday and get the run around. They sent out an email survey and I give all 1 Stars for delivery and magically someone calls me . He says they will do whatever to get this rectified . A manager calls from the store and says “I don’t handle sales , I was just told to call , I don’t know what’s going on” he then offers me a scratched FLOOR MODEL. For the same price as new ! I decline this offer. They tell me they don’t make my bedroom set anymore that I JUST bought 2 weeks ago now . I ask for a credit to my account for the nightstand and I will just keep it damaged . He states that another manager will call me yesterday . I still heard nothing . Conn’s just shows up at my door to PICK UP the damaged nightstand with nothing to replace it . What a JOKE . I called the store AGAIN and talked with Isaac. He states I will hear from him today with a solution . Is it that hard to just credit me for the nightstand YOU DAMAGED. I will NEVER recommend Conn’s or do business with them again cause that’s all they are . Con-artists . Oh , P.S. they were trying to put my whole bedroom set together with HAND TOOLS . I offered them my drill and it got done much faster . No wonder they were running so behind . What a damn joke .

Professional and friendly service. Staff are attention to detail oriented. We appreciated being given ample time to make our
decisions and that there was always someone available to ask questions. We visited during the Covid19 time and we appreciated the thoughtfulness relating to the covid19 precautions. All staff members gave a consistant level of friendly professional service. Special thanks to Dominic for his product knowledge and helping us build the couch we needed for our space, A video game Roblox actually has made a positive benefit to real life! Also thanks Christine, for her Patience. Will definitely recommend you to everyone.
