Only person who was good to deal with was Robert. Otherwise the customer service is absolutely terrible. Call in about an issue within 24 hours of purchasing and I am told that since I notified them I have a few days to try and resolve the issue with the laptop. So I call back and the Josh was busy and they said he would call me back as soon as he was done so left my name and number. No call back. So then I call back the next morning as soon as they are open and now it is no longer their problem. Exact words from George the manger who is an ass and should be fired: You have to call the manufacturer it is no longer our problem. I will never set foot in this store again or deal with anyone from it. Don't trust them. They will screw you over and don't care

Im going to be as direct and honest as possible. I know if we are shopping here, we have to be mindful of hard sells, upsells, the fear of will i be approved, will there be a hitch.....I did my before hand soft credit hit via their website, just to see. Last time(year ago) it said i qualified. It was not for intrest free. I worked my credit score this year and tried again. I need a matrss. I didnt expect much...it said you are pre approved for 12 month 0finance if pain in full by end of term. I expected some, random small print . I allowed them to do the hard credit it, from what was the pre-authorization..went in to confirm, it was a go. They set the minimum payment at an affordable rate , it would not pay in time for 0 interest. Its on me, to make sure I pay by term. I left with nothing extra, or sold to upsell. Mac is the man, he hears you, when you say, I have this or dont need that.... nothing extra added. The team was helpful....im sure a little lot of people get upset if they don't mind the terms, i understand, i have a goal, tk keep growing credit. This was an excellent next step towards that. Tv was less, than from manufacturer direct, which i awesome on a now interest deal.

This place ran my credit report against my wishes. I told then I didn't know if I wanted to buy anything yet and didn't want to apply for credit until I found something I wanted to buy but they ran a credit report anyway. I didn't even have a chance to look at what they had.
After doing some shopping around I saw that their prices are way higher than other stores. I suggest you visit other retailers to get an idea of what a fair price might be before you buy from this store.

My son who is trying to build his credit made a HUGE mistake of going to Conn's (And I mean ANY Conn's) He got about $6000 worth of stuff here. 3 of the items he had to go pick up at the warehouse in Aurora. He was very clear in telling them that he wouldn't be able to do so for a while and that was fine. Well he went to get them and they said the items had already been picked up. I am sure they did get picked up by and employee and her husband. Jessica is her name. Anyway Conn's promised they would pull the video, they never did. They called me and my son (HE HAD BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS ON THIS STUFF!) Said they (CUSTOMER SERVICE) were working on fixing it by just taking the items off his account. This would take a month or so.!!! Why? Don't know. Then out of the blue they called us and said they needed some pink slip.... I just lost it. THANK GOD I WORK FOR ATTORNEY'S!!! They have an employee that commited fraud. My son finally quit paying on the items he didn't have or ever pick up!!!! THIS HAS HURT HIS CREDIT SO MUCH. He is 24 and works his butt off to take care of his wife and baby. Conn's - you will be hearing from our attorney's very soon!!! the hours we spent...

The worst experience ever!!! I prequalified on Tuesday to expedite. So was 10th in line at 4:30pm Thanksgiving night. I knew what I was going to buy so by 5:15 we sat down to check out. Being financed I figured it would take a while. But not over a hour. The salesman was new and because I was early I received a coupon for $200 off. But the salesman had to call a hotline to receive it. First the salesman accidentally hit the wrong key and deleted the contract. I was buying 3 items. So finally 15 min go by and he's calling the hotline. Another 20 min go by and hotline pickup. Yeah! I thought but new salesman filled out the discount wrong so back on hotline que. Waited another 20 min and finally they authorized the free delivery and $200 discount. Finance is all done on I-pad and get this they don't give you a copy in store. I have to print it up at home after it was e-mailed to me. REALLY Conn's you can't give me a copy of my finance and sales receipt because the salesman said it "Saves on paper." Really I have to print it out so it saves Conn's paper and adds more cost to the consumer ME. Was thinking of canceling but they charge a 15% restocking fee even though I have not gotten anything. Way to go Conn's. Also they make you buy renters insurance at a cost of over $400. The salesman says I get it back when I show them my renter insurance policy. Let see how that works out. Overall if not for the $200 discount I would have cancelled in store before it was finalized. Was very surprised that they gave the discount on the sales prices. David U.
What a difference a year makes. This time was the easiest and best sales experience. My sales lady, Haley M. was 1000 times better then my sales person last year. Haley was knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. She let me know everything she was doing while she was doing it. I wish all sales people did that. She also made me feel very comfortable and happy to be there. She's the best sales person by far that I have felt with in a long time. Thank you Haley for a job well done!!!

We didn't make a purchase today only because we have to take some measurements at home to compare to the size of products we intend to buy. Let me say first that it was a WONDERFUL NON- PRESSURE and NON STRESSFULL Experience😊! Chelsea is genuine and very helpful and Josh was wonderful and knowledgeable too! We appreciate the treatment we received more than words can say.

Submitted an app before reading reviews and checking for lawsuits and with BBB. Didn't agree to buy anything, just the online credit inquiry. Since then my incoming call log has been filled everyday with calls asking me to come in and lease something. Regardless of the email I sent to the company withdrawing, and many requests to cancel my application with the store. The guy I spoke with yesterday at the local store said he would cancel my app and I wouldn't get any further calls. I've received 4 just today. It's bad.
