Super helpful and friendly staff! And they have amazing opportunities for loans and discounts and awesome clearance section prices! Ended up buying 2 of the 3 main furniture items I needed and I only intended on getting one at a time!

Didn't even get to purchase anything. Stood around for half an hour waiting without ANY communication from the young lady who helped me. Though I did hear them talking about what kind of commission they were going to make between each other instead of telling me what was going on. Communication is important. Don't let customers stand around without telling them that you are having issues or whatever it is. I was ready to drop $1600 and get out the door. I will never come back to this location. They did not even attempt to keep a customer and just let me walk out the door. Next time, communicate with the customer and don't worry about your commission until you actually make the sale. Disgusting.

Don’t shop in this place for furniture if your apartment complex has no elevators! Poor management & the worse customer service!!!! Although, when I ordered my BR unit, I instructed the salesperson that there are no elevators & will have to go up 2-3 short flights to deliver my furniture.
I waited for 4 days & still no delivery. Now, I’m canceling!!! Terrible service. Unprofessional! Stay away!

Excellent place, I got great service from Jan. Conn's offers a valuable opportunity to get things you may need, but the real value if you use the opportunity correctly is the credit building you can do with them. I recommend.

My experience was totally different than all the rest but, let's just say CONN's took care of me on both occasions for a t.v that was defective and traded it in for a newer model.
Thanks to Jared and the Manager on duty both nights for assisting me.

But the only think not Satisfied about is the rate for delivery for when you spend a certain amount of money I believe That delivery should not be charged a 200.00 fee

my wife and I really enjoyed our experience purchasing a new washer & dryer and a new couch. the sales people were pleasant and do not hover over you constantly, there is no pressure to decide anything, but when you do have questions, they're very helpful. we would shop here again.

James and Victor went above and beyond to get me a tv when my old one finally died. This was my 4th purchase at this location and EVERY TIME this team inpresses me.

Awesome, just bought a 75 in Samsung QLED 4k tv. Jovan was the ultimate sales professional. The financing terms were easy and fit my tight budget. Will be back to have Jovan sell me more entertainment goodies. I'm about to be the binge queen. Bring it on COVID (sequestration, not the sickness).
