Excellent service!!! Highly recommended! Unfortunately that delivers did not meet these standards they never showed up I I had an 11 to 2 window five minutes till 2 I decided to track my delivery at that point I got a message saying they would be here in 10 minutes (which means they were running late) I waited for about another half hour when I went to check the delivery status it would not let me connect. After speaking to a couple of your managers they lied to them and said they were here. At that point I'd let them know there's only one way into our parking lot if they would have pulled in I could have seen them because my balcony overlooks the parking lot they lied! I was very upset I had to go do laundry at 6 yesterday evening! But as for the sales people they were wonderful

We took my oldest granddaughter in who new to qualify for boosting her credit and Christine P not only didn't honor any of the memorial day specials in which she qualified for 3 of!! She rushed thru our contract she had personal call that she had answered and that was Thursday only to have to return an additional 2 more times because they couldn't get our order right at all and then to be told that our couch we picked was more expensive and it was not!! Still waiting on now Monday memorial day 🤨🤨🤔🤔

Affordable stuff. I got a deal on a display model TV because the manager and another employee took the time to find something that a was looking for at a cheap price. In general I don't think I'd buy anything beyond electronics at this store though. I didn't mind waiting for them to get the TV and cords while waiting in a massage chair.

My dryer went out today, and I had a load of wet clothes to finish up. I went to conns to get a new one and was back home with it setup in about an hour. Ashley was so helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed at a great price. The gentleman there helped me load it up in my van and were very polite. I am so pleased with my experience today.

I REGRET this whole experience. I bought $5000.00 worth of furniture. When they delivered my furniture; my bed was missing and a TV was delivered instead. I called the store for them to tell me I needed to go back in the store to order my bed again. I was told to go to the store at 9:00 am. In which I arrived at 9:45 am only to get the door slammed by a Manager and told me they are closed and will open at 10:00am. This Manager’s name is Fred. Then I’m dealing with another Manager named Alex in which I find his customer service is very unprofessional. His response to this ordeal basically he didn’t do the paperwork so he was not taking any accountability for any of it. So far I’m here at the store and not one apology what’s so ever. I asked him since I still have the love seat in the warehouse and the bed has been ordered can just get everything delivered? His answer was I can get the bed delivered at no charge but the love seat I would have to pay $150.00 to it delivered. I am beyond regretful I did business with them! I’m to a point that I just want to return everything. This is WARNING to all who even think of shopping here! It is a nightmare. Very incompetent Manager’s. I don’t even know how they achieved such position. So far I’m still in the store and it has been an hour. Again so regretful I did business with them.

I went in shopping at Conns the other day. The manager Stephanie was absolutely awful. I heard her telling the sales representative that they control the customer. That the customer doesn't control them. She was laughing extremely loud and obnoxiously. I wanted to purchase my items out right and she made me feel poor when I did so. She was extremely annoying when it came to the extended warranty. My sales associate was good. But the company over all just want you to finance for extremely high prices. As for Covid forget about it the manager was so close I smelled her fish stench. The manager Stephanie is classless and trashy. I will never be shopping at this location again.

my husband and I went to Conns as our first stop seeking a new refrigerator. We had intended to visit a few stores but we found the perfect refrigerator for a great price with the help of Sarah. She made us feel welcome and was super accommodating without being overbearing. When it's time to purchase other appliances we'll be returning!

I bought a TV 2 weeks ago to be delivered 3 days ago. They damaged the power cord by running over it with hand trucks. I refused delivery. They told me I'd have another one the next day. That didn't happen. They said I would have it today. The warehouse manager just called and said they don't have any more of that model TV in stock. So I've paid $2000 for a TV I still don't have and won't ever receive. No one has taken ownership of this problem. Ive spoken to an assistant manager and the store manager and neither has accepted blame for this. The store blames the warehouse and the warehouse blames the store. This has been an awful experience.
