My dryer went out today, after almost 20yrs. Needing a new one was going to be chore. I'm used to dryers costing $350-400. I only need my clothes dry that's it nothing more. I went to Conn's Home Plus on S. Main between Westridge and Buffalo Speedway to explore my financing options. I was greeted my Mr. Shelwin who took excellent care of my needs. I got a dryer that I'm happy with at a monthly payment that's fair. I was there 25 min and gone my new will be delivered Mon with a 4yr repair plan. Thank you Conn's Home Plus and especially Mr. Shelwin.

I was very pleased with my recent visit to and purchase from Conn's (South Main). I received quick, courteous, and efficient service. I received immediate attention. The sales person and floor manager were both helpful. Likewise was everyone connected to this purchase, including the delivery scheduler and delivery team. I give then all a 5 star rating.

I bought a laundry washer last friday, 4/28/23.
all transactions went smooth handled by Mr. Rasool.

The unit was delivered as scheduled but the delivery crew was very unprofessional. they spilled water around the floor and leaved scratches on the wood flooring.
this guys has no respect, they don’t even say sorry, or try to clean the messed.

Mr Rasool, your delivery crews needs to be schooled how to handle proper delivery with customer respect.

Don’t go to the Conn’s on south main , the manager Chrystal is worthless and very an personal. We put a stand up A/C 769.00 we bought it home and it didn’t cold so we took I back the next day and she said sorry no refunds or Exchanges.. And we told her so you sale a a/c that doesn’t work. So we just left it there and she said we had to leave the store.. How can Conn’s run a place like that’s . I will never go to Conn’s again how can they run there business like that’s …

Everything was great. I haven't been to Conn's in a while, like 9/10 yrs. I normally get a lap top for me or refrigerator for my Mom in the past, when her fridge went out. But the no credit check and approval was fast. I was approved for way more than I expected. We were in need of a gas dryer because it went out a month now and we've been having to go to the laundry mat to dry the clothes only. Now we can stay at home and relax. I'll be looking for a gas range stove & fridge later. You guys have come a long way on the selections to choose from. I walked around a litte to check even the refrigerators out. I was amazed at the four door models, the lamps, etc you name it. I was also told that you guys do floors and counter tops. Wow was all I could say 'll be definitely using you all from here on out and I'll also pay my balance off in a yr. Thx so much
