Silly me, this store tried to tell me they were cons with their name and I didn't believe them!
I bought a new washer and dryer and just had to refuse delivery on a dryer that was very clearly not new, and was in fact missing a key wiring component. This all happened an hour past the delivery window AND left me with my old washer in the middle of my upstairs hallway. THANKS CONNS!
Also- the 3rd party contractor they hired to deliver the appliances accidentally broke the front door of my house. The young man begged me not to file a claim because the company would make him pay out of pocket to fix it. This is an exploitative policy to pit customer and delivery person against one another while leaving the company completely out of it. Shrewd business practice? Maybe. Evil? YES.
Run as far away as you can from this horrible company.

David Lobato was the associate that helped me and my husband get our new home furniture. He was so helpful, he explained everything so thoroughly and made us feel welcomed. We are so happy with our experience and we’ll be coming back for the rest of our furniture in the future. Thanks David, you are awesome!

Benjamin and Alex were great! I'm excited about my new computer and my wife loves the Bose sound bar. Process was good, extra warranty a little high priced, but no pressure when I declined. Payment plan help rebuild credit, they are higher, but if you focus on payoff within time frame that covers product costs, no penalties for early payoff. Overall good experience.

I have to change my review, I have been waiting for over a week to hear back from one of the store mangers about my refund!! And when I call they are busy, I was told I would be called back and I haven't, I am giving till 7 a.m. on June 8th to hear back if I do not hear back I am filing a complaint with the Colorado attorney General's office as well as I will be reaching out to media outlets!! I have my complaints pre typed so I can just submit them. I'm sick and tired of this nonsense.

Amazing people who work there and extremely helpful! I have a two little boys and it is hard to shop when they want to run around, so the sales rep jumped in to help distract my kids. All while informing me about the best tv's and the great deals they had going on. They are all very friendly. I love this store!

If only I could give 0 stars I would! I have been going to conns for almost 10 years and was very happy. I have always bought the warranty to insure that I'm totally covered. Well come to find out we were completely lied to about our warranty on our furniture set that we just paid off. I want to warn all of you to not let yourself be taken advantage of and pay for the insurance that will not cover normal ware and tare. I have bought many things from conns but as of today they have completely lost my business and I will never refer anyone here ever again as I have so many in the past.

It took 3 tries to this store and finally got them to fix my laptop after I only use it a month and when I gave them my stuff they also took the power cable, today after waiting months for my laptop there's no power cable , when I called the manager refused to listen to me and or help me , cause it's their company policy says they dont so they didn't, when in reality they did!!!!! Also notice that the owner wont respond to the bad reviews just the good!

Still fighting with their credit and customer service over a "pay off balance" of $108.
My last planned payment included interest.
Good luck getting help with your finances after your purchase.
DO NOT FINACE HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
$108.00 is not a huge amount of money but my investment was large and they will bounce you around the phone for hours. The store gives you credit department.
Half the time the calls drop and you will be looped around from a call center in another country.
