My Uncle, my Husband and myself did not have a pleasant experince at conns in Arvada. We went in to purchase a livingroom set and look at a Fridge. Our sales lady (Billie Jo) was pleasant at first but then we found a set we liked and it was OBS, so we had to pick another set, then Billie Jo started having an attitude, I assume because she was having to stay late past her scheduled time off because she told us she was supposed to be off at 6 and it was after 6 at this time. We asked for some kind of compensation for not having what we wanted available and it took hours to get communcation with managers. We were in the store on Friday August 2nd from noon to 8pm, we were promised Sunday morning delivery but that didn't happen and we didn't even recieve a phone call letting us know until after 8pm Saturday night, when we were told the next available delivery time was the following Tuesday, but they showed up on Monday late afternoon, with NO notice what so ever. Upon inspecting our products we found that our fridge was damaged so we refused it and requested a new unboxed fridge to be delivered ASAP. The next day they show up again without any notice, with the new fridge and guess what it is not in the box per our request, the warehouse had unboxed it. The driver that delivered the second fridge was rude from the very start, since I didn't have any notice of them coming it took me time to get kids and dogs out of the way, he was confrontational with my husband and stepped up in his face and then cussed me in spanish as he was walking out of my home (I don't think he thought I knew what he was saying, just cause I'm white) while I was calling the managers at conn's, because of his behavior. Needless to say I told him he was not welcome in my home with the way he was acting so he didn't not finish installing my fridge. I told the managers that I was communicating with that they needed to send a new team out to finish the job. I was told by the managers that I would receive compensation for all of the inconvience but I have not recieved a call back since. oh and to top it all off the french door fridge flap on the left door doesn't shut properly, called about that, had to leave a message for a manager and got no reply... I WILL NOT REFER CONNS TO ANYONE EVER!!!

ZERO stars!!!! Horrible!!! I was lied to in order for them to get the sale, they show up to my house and say they can’t do the install when I paid almost $200 for installation and hardware, THEN while I’m trying to decide if I still want the order or not because it won’t be installed they decide to make the decision for me and THEY REFUSE THE ORDER THEMSELVES!!!! Rude! Horrible! I will NEVER use this company! I heard the manager on the phone say “Go ahead and refuse the order so this sales guy doesn’t get commission since I’m the one dealing with it.” Never been so disappointed with a company in my life!

Approached immediately when I came in. Staff was unhelpful with looking at beds. She seemed to not want to sell me a bed. She said most people don't get approved for 3 year 0%apr, which wad their promotion. I said the bed I currently had and what I was looking for and she took me to beds exactly like the one I already had and wanted to change from.

There is no real way to put a zero, i also dont need your standard cooy and paste apology you have copy and pasted on every other unhappy review. Sadly you dont have an incentive program, my son was just about to he a happy customer elsewhere and i told him to go here instead. Then he was lied to about the price, the product, the discounts and sadly now hes an unsatisfied customer and so am i. They dont care now though because they got the sale. Im just glad it will be the last time i refer anyone nor will i buy from this company again.

salesman and managers have a habit of not returning calls. issue with bed and they said they could not help on a store level I had to deal with customer service. been trying to order another chair and they don't seem too interested. delivery guys we awesome

Conn's home office followed up with me and addressed the issues I had in their store. While they could not correct what happened, they did strive to understand where their system broke down, promised to address those areas and worked to make me happy. I am so impressed I am probably going to give them a second chance. BTW, the salesperson who helped me, Sean, was their newest salesperson and was the one person who seemed the most empathetic and apologetic. I would recommend Sean if you decide to shop at Conn's in Arvada.

I spent 7 hours here because they have a mattress section filled with inventory they have zero in stock. I went in the store intending to purchase a complete bedroom, living room, and other furnishings. Each time I went to check out the items I chose were "not in stock"'and had to spend "another" $500, then "another" $800" and before I left I was so tired I ended up 7.5 hours later having spent in excess of $7500 with everything I wanted but a mattress!! I had a $2400 high end motion box spring I had been repeatedly upsold twice because the mattresses I kept purchasing were out of stock when we got to checking out. But I have no mattress!! I finally realized when I got home they had upsold me twice which I had agreed because I was told if I did spend the additional HUNDREDS, they could find the mattress I wanted (king size). But nope. Spent $7500, $2400 base, no.matress. Wow. Stay away

This is my favorite Conn's store! They're always friendly and professional. Just purchased a 4K DVD player and a sound bar. Just as before it was a great experience and I got a great deal on both items.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I'm sure someone else has reviewed this way but this company lives by their name. When my furniture was delivered the movers scratched my dresser, I did not notice until they left after a quick inspection. I called CONNS within 10 minutes and told them I just noticed, they first told me they were not going to do anything because I signed off on the furniture, I then was transferred to two pages of different people and over a month long process to come to the conclusion that corporate was reviewing my dispute and would get back to me. No one ever called back and I still have my scratched dresser, during all of the back and forth calls, a compensation of $180 was offered to me to keep the dresser, I told them I was still waiting to hear back from corporate, I wanted a new dresser not money off. After I realized nothing had been done and I was nearing paying off the furniture I called corporate for my compensation, they are saying it has been too long and they are not giving it to me. This was on of the most draining experiences of my life after buying a $4,000 bedroom suit to come to me scratched and the company not even carrying the paint to match my furniture. They have NO resolution what so ever and defntely DO NOT CARE about their customers.

The sales person that helped us was not at all helpful. He hovered while my wife and I looked at living room furniture, occasionally asking "have you decided"? He never asked if we had questions. When I asked him to "tell me about" a piece of furniture that we were interested in, his answer was "that's a sturdy piece of furniture".
Nobody can (will) explain the interest calculations to me; I still don't know what it is.
Overall, we love the furniture. It is WAY overpriced. Nobody, at any point, made an attempt to earn my business. They take advantage of the fact that my poor credit leaves me few options. Predatory lenders in sheep's clothing.
