Prices are much higher than a lot of other places by several hundred. BUT they had supply and same day pickup for the appliance I was looking for. The appliances were on back order for weeks/ months everywhere else. Considering my level of need (washer and dryer), I took the hit. Unless you are in a similar situation, I would not advise going here. If you've just been notified that your appliances are not showing up tomorrow and in fact may or may not be showing up for 2-3 weeks then maybe stop by. They probably have what you're looking for.

Never have I seen or experienced an obvious bait and switch with "sale" pricing than at this store. Went in over a month before Memorial Day and found a furniture set that I liked and took a picture of the info card to have the dimensions and price which was "discounted" $200. I decided to wait for the holiday sales that all stores do, but found that the set was the exact same "sale" price. After asking multiple staff about the price, I was told that it was in fact the correct "sale" price with no additional discount for Memorial Day with no wiggle room of any kind. I always suspected stores did this kind of false advertising but was disappointed to see my suspicions confirmed. Can't recommend.

I applied online for credit and was pre approved. I received a call the next day from Mike and he confirmed what I needed to make my approval official. I went to the Antioch TN location where Mike greeted me as I walked in! He helped me leave with dining room set with a buffet stand and bedroom set with the credit I was approved for! He was very thorough about the process as far as payments and delivery! Thanks so much for all the help!

One star for the rudest manager ever On may 10 we came in as I was approved and we spoke to Frida , she gets 10 stars . Helpful not pushy.
We bought a couch, , tv , lamp, mini arcade, rug, and a accent chair paying over 3,300 we asked for the matching throw pillows from our accent chair, Frida said sure . Today the manager is refusing to give them to us . I think he said his name was Nelson the connection is bad.
Said they belong to the couch , and it’s not his inventory to give us . and they don’t even match.
AFTER ALL WE JUST SPENT.
Just a real tool, with no customer service skills at all.
I ran over 70 different cosmetic counters all over the country and I would NEVER TREAT anyone as rudely as he was to me. He gets 0 stars . Maybe he should find another position where he doesn’t have to speak to people , cause it’s not his strong suit

Edit 2: They managed to get this issue resolved and Holy cow, did they resolve it quick.

Upon further pressure trying to get this resolved, they are currently working to either get a partial delivery set up so I have a bed, or allowing me to come in and rewrite the contract to allow for pickup of my bed and bedframe.
Purchased a dresser, bed, and bed frame via financing. Things were in stock and were going to be delivered the 16th, even though I explicitly stated during the purchase they needed to be delivered the 21st.
So, I made sure the delivery was rescheduled for the 21st, since that's when I get the keys for the lease. No big deal right?
Except between those two timeframes they apparently sold my dresser to someone else, and now they are magically out of stock and won't deliver the other items until the dresser is back in stock. That means, I have no bed to sleep on.
When I asked to split the invoice I was told no, and hung up on by a gentleman at 5:00pm at the antioch store.
If this is the way Conns operates, I regret doing business with them.
If conns can make this right, I will change my review.

This was my first time shopping at Conns. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and smooth things went. I went in to find two matching nightstands in a dark wood. I found three different styles to choose from, all comparably priced. The sales person was helpful the transaction was quick. I was delighted to find out that the nightstands were in stock at the warehouse and I was able to pick them up within the hour. I did not even realize that Conns sold furniture. It will definitely be my first stop in the future

Worst place to buy furniture ever.... a rookie messed up on our couches and charged us 200 delivery fee and interest, when we were told its free. Instead of fixing the problem all they said was the sofas are delivered and they can't help us.

I had a great and easy experience picking out and purchasing a sectional. I opted to have it delivered and assembled, paying the very expensive delivery fee. I took time off of work to be there on delivery day. The team showed up and placed everything inside my house, where I wanted it, however they said that due to liability reasons they could not assemble my sectional (which consisted of drilling). I called Conns the next day and they said that should not have happened and they will be sending a team out soon to fix it. I told them I wanted a refund instead because I could not take my time off of work for furniture. I was told by the representative that the store manager would be getting in contact with me. After not hearing anything, I went into the store to speak with him. He was not present, but the Operations Manager was. She was very irritated that I was inquiring about a refund. She told me the Store Manager would get in contact with me when he could. Eventually he did reach out to me and was very helpful. He initiated a refund.
I more than likely will not be utilizing this store again. It took me 2 weeks from purchase to speaking to the Store Manager to get it figured out. For furniture, I think that is a little unnecessary considering the price of what I had purchased.

Ordered a dresser and bed and waited about two weeks for delivery. When the bed was delivered I did not receive the dresser. I called the store and was told the dresser they had was “damaged and it would no longer be made”. I was told all I could do was find a dresser similar to the bed. I’m more upset that no one let me know about the dresser not being available anymore, not even my salesperson.
