Great customer service, they made it super easy to choose the refrigerator we wanted and didn't hassle us like most companies do which was a breathe of fresh air! We went for what we wanted and left with what we wanted and we will definitely do business with Conn's again!

This was easiest process in acquiring home furniture. Abigail is a real sweetie. She helped us to get started and walked us through the entire process of getting the furniture. She was very knowledgeable of everything we ask about. Thanks for a great shopping experience with you all. For ALL your furniture needs, please go see them.

Very bad customer service by KELLY . She has very poor organizational skills and communication. First said she reserved a freezer for us only to find out she sold it to someone else. Also , when we called she said she was busy and would call us back in 5 minutes . Two hours went by . We decided to drive there and confront her and she was full of excuses. “I am sorry because of this and that...etc...” Very poor customer service. A day later she has the nerves to call us and harass us by telling us our credit line with them will expire soon if we don’t make a purchase and hangs up the phone. Who are these people? Good grief....a again very , very, poor customer service. I will let everyone I know about this experience and intentional retaliation from sales employee.

Its been hit or miss with conns. I got a table for my first purchase.. Lovely table, pretty good quality. I applied for credit and my table was a little under the amount they require if you want no interest financing.. I decided since it wasn't that much I would just pay it off soon, so I got the table. They tacked on a lot of finance fees, and the salesman was very pushy and basically forced me to get insurance and warranties telling me it was mandatory. Also, we had preferred picking up our own furniture in our truck & saving delivery fees, and the man told me I wasn't allowed to pick up my own furniture. This was my first time buying furniture so I just accepted what he said.. I shouldn't have. Turns out he lied, cause I went back to look at some sofas, found one I really liked, and the new salesman I was dealing with didn't pressure me at all to get any warranties or insurance, and when I told him I wanted to pick it up he had no problem with that and told me where to go. The products are fine, its just the quality of the employees need to be more consistent...

Both Mike and Manager Shawn were amazing. We drove 4 hrs from Atlanta to purchase a washer and dryer set. We ended up leaving with a washer and dryer, Samsung TV, PAC man game and air pods. We will definitely be back to furniture our spare bedroom.

After being rejected by Ashley Furniture because I didn't have an appointment I went to Conn's and was so glad that I did. Not only did I not need an appointment I didn't need a lot of money to get exactly what I needed. Great selection of furniture and accessories. Even greater people. I will be back!!! (But never to Ashley again!)

Terrible customer service. Deceptive sales practice. Made an online order purchase and was delivered a floor model with preexisting damage. When I call customer service they tell me sales are final and there is no warranty on floor models. I ordered what I assumed to be brand new furniture that would arrive to my home packaged or in crates. Not the case.

Great staff. Very warm welcome and no pressure to purchase. We went looking for an appliance bundle and left getting what we wanted. Very reasonable prices and was approved online in minutes before even going to the store. Happy to be a part of the Conn’s family.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Very helpful in accommodating my needs. No pressure, it didn't take long to get me approved for what I wanted. Prices are a bit high, but what can you expect when getting financed.
