Micheal was so helpful smooth quick easy process and I’ll be doin more business with Conns

Mike was great from the initial reaching out follow-up call to the final paperwork. There was easy access to the appliances and the prices were listed clearly. The delivery will occur a day and a half after purchase. Thanks!

I had a wonderful and easy experience. It stares with me looking online, getting pre-approved. The salesman Mile called me right away and asked if I had any questions, his professionalism was superb. When I got to the store I had my mind set on one brand however, after talking to Mike I got a better appliance cheaper!!! I will definitely be back!!!

The store in Antioch has the worst customer service skills, I was ready to make a $10,000 purchase in furniture and appliances. The attitude of the Manager was horrible. I took my business to American Freight where I was very happy. I would never recommend this Antioch Tn store to anyone it is horrible.

Conn’s made everything so easy from the time I walked into the store to the time I walked out. When I entered I was greeted by many associates. I had been pre-approved and had already spoke with Mike. He immediately went to work seeing what I needed for my new place. He was very patient and very kind. After I finished picking what I would need for my home he had the manager come and confirm all the items I would be purchasing, he too was very nice. I am very pleased with my experience and will continue to shop at Conn’s whenever I need more furniture. I also have already started telling people about Conn’s.

Just bought a washer/dryer here yesterday! I worked with Chris & he was very nice, straight to the point, informative, and helpful. The process was very easy and the delivery was everything that was promised.

The same day I got a confirmation time for next day delivery, I requested an early delivery and they honored it for Mother’s Day! Delivery guys came and was literally in and out within 15-20 minutes despite them having to carry a heavy washer/dryer up 3 flights of steps. I will update my review on the actually quality of the washer/dryer but so far it’s very nice and updated. :) I will come back for sure.

Was in the store almost 2 hours trying to buy a mattress and couldn’t get the deal done. I needed it to be delivered the next day so I took the time off work to go in and get it done. After being there all that time they told me because I put wrong social on my original application 3 months ago that it caused the process to not go through. I called the store latter and was told to come back in and sign the deal and it would be delivered the next day. I made arrangements to yet again leave work to go in like they said and I called before going to confirm that it was gonna be a fast in and out thing and now was told they couldn’t get it delivered tomorrow that it was too late... the manager was very unprofessional and just put all the blame on me very unsatisfactory experience.... A different manager (Shawn) followed up and helped me get the deal done and was on top of his game. When I returned to the store to finalize the deal Shawn was helping 3 different customers all at the same time. He was very efficient and polite. It’s cool to see someone so good at what they do. Conn’s is lucky to have him.

I have always been one of those people who never knows what she wants thanks to Abby I was able to know exactly what I wanted. She took the time to actually explain everything to me and was patient with me because again I never know exactly what I want. I would highly recommend Conn’s HomePlus.
