This was the worst experience we have ever had. First it took 3 hours on a Saturday to be told that our warranty replacement order had been done wrong. It took till Thursday to be able to sign the paperwork then found out the item we were purchasing had gone up in price and they refused to honor the price of the item on the day we originally came in to buy it. Local store managers have bo authority to actually help the customer and corporate doesn't know its left hand from it's right. Will never go back after spending more than $8000 with this company.

This place is living up the their name! They tell you one price, you buy it then they report some other higher amount to your credit report. Also you get a approved for a certain limit as revolving line credit but come to find out its not its actually a loan and when you go back to use it to get something else they make you reapply if it's been over 30 days. Not to mention the delivery of our product was 3 weeks late and their communication of this was horrible! There is better places to do business!

Read the contract CAREFULLY... They do not tell you up front that should you want to return items, you can NOT do it unless it's under 30 days. You are stuck with it for life (or till it's paid off). Aarons allows you to return items and even allows you to pick back up if you choose to within a year and money paid will be applied to your next purchase (if it is a like item). Conn's is just that a CON... Glad I didn't update them with my contact info or new address.... I don't want any of their mail or calls wanting me to buy more.

That guy Micheal. Micheal is the man. Just when I thought I was out the game he came throughly smoothly an pulled it off. It was amazing. I was able to pick out all the things I need plus an extra. Micheal is the man. Hopefully this helps my credit, like I planned, if so, I GOTTA go get Micheal to sign that thing off again. He can get you what you want. He’s got good taste at the affordable rate too. Micheal you the realest.

I bought a sofa and a refrigerator the sales people are really friendly in the store. But when it comes to getting something repaired they are the worst my refrigerator has been out for over a week they keep telling me the parts are ordered. My sofa has been repaired twice and it still isn't fixed so there sending someone else out to look at it. Who knows maybe third time really is a CHARM - UPDATE third time wasn't a charm they did send someone out he agreed that it was sunk down on that end. I was then told my parts were ordered and would arrive at my house the lady flat out lied to me. Because I was told yesterday t hat they weren't going to fix it because it was normal wear and tear.

0 if I could. The store is great the rest is horrible! Just 1 of many, many horrible experiences. Bought a washer (paid way too much) it stopped spinning and draining. Called to get it fixed. They only do that mon thru fri 8 to 5. Same as my work schedule. I told them not to schedule anything, I had to see if I could get off. Calls the next day they scheduled something.... ugh ok I was able to get the day off. No one showed or called, money down the drain. The tech calls the next day getting me involved in work drama. About how the csr's dropped the ball. And how he is taking it in his hands and he will come by the next day after I got home.....what! Thats weird, either way he never showed. I called in to see if theyw would wprk with me since I already missed a day. They would not, pretty much got a too bad. They call the next daybto confirm my new appointment...? So I take another day off, another cut in my check. A guy shows up, you can clearly tell he has given up on his job, and tells me its crocked he fixed it.... he will call tomorrow to see if its fixed. Didnt hear from them for 2 weeks because I owe them 5 dollars. All I can say now is good luck! Lol

Great experience. Washer and dryer broke 1 day apart. Picked a Samsung unit,great deal and wlll deliver within 24 hours after not being able to deliver until the middle of the week .

This definitely is a 5 star company! From being to end everyone has been so amazing! The staff was helpful and waited patiently as I decided what I wanted. When my furniture was delivered they were on time and very professional and friendly. They know their stuff! I highly recommend Conn’s! My only regret is I can’t remember everyone’s name to thank them out right!
