I bought a laptop for my wife she didn't like it so went to return product or exchange it . We have spent over 7 grand at the Madison location or conns In general and overall not to bad. But this Antioch store is by far worse customer service I have ever received I was not informed I would not be able to return product because it was a floor model no one said anything to me I called and was told it was fine and on out way I get a call saying no they were wrong and I couldn't return it. And they said there was nothing they could do for me. So I will never be back to this location

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This by far is the least professional furniture/appliance store I have ever entered. I’ve came twice this week as I’ve been looking for living room sets. Both times the employees have been rude and unprofessional. They have left a horrid impression. The employees are just laying on the furniture, cursing and talking about the customers - rolling their eyes and shaking their heads. They didn’t even seem like they wanted to make a sale. The manager from the first visit was even huffing and puffing, seemingly annoyed, walking around the store. We loved a lot of the pieces the store had, but I was certainly not going to spend my money where my family and I are not treated right. If you work in customer service/sales you should provide excellent customer service. Conns is being reflected/represented by its personnel and it’s not in a good way.

Your buying experience will be amazing. They will razzle & dazzle you. When you leave you will feel like you got a great deal.

God forbid your items stop working properly. For us it was our washing machine. It was brand new in September when we bought it & it has stopped spinning. We purchased the extended warranty. We called and Conns claimed they completed a work order and someone would be in touch with us in 24-48 hours to schedule a repair. 48 hours rolled around and no one had contacted us. I called Conns and they claimed the ticket was completed incorrectly. We had to start the process over. 5 days later a repair company called to schedule an appointment. I was told they couldn't promise to fix the washer- but they would try. After my initial phone call to Conns it will be 11 days before anyone comes to even look at my machine. I am washing my clothes in the bathtub & spending $15 dollars each time at the laundry mat. There is absolutely no urgency on Conns end. You will speak to multiple people within the company who will pretend to care, but in the end you are going to be stuck trying to figure it all out on your own.

Whoever chose the name Conns for the company was spot on.
{I will update when the washing machine is fixed}

This particular location is a joke and will never get my business again. Prior to making a purchase they are very nice, but they don’t pay attention to small details and more than dismissed me when I asked to speak to the store manager Chris. Shawn the assistant manager was very conniving and prior to me making an hour long trip to the store, told me that I could speak with Chris upon my arrival. When I got there he literally said, “Chris is here, but he’s not here” and walked away. This was a week after I paid nearly $3,000 fir a refrigerator and was planning on making several other purchases. As an African American male, I felt very uncomfortable in the store when Shawn’s associates approached me after he walked away. What a terrible experience!

The salesman is very good and nice talking with me. I want to give 5 stars, but practically he didn’t do what he said unfortunately delivery service also very bad. I told salesman can you deliver on Sunday he said yes, but receipt paper said delivery date was Monday. I hired my friend to wait my home on that day because I cannot take off as that day. Monday they delivered at my house when they opened the box the bottom drawer was already broken, we sent it back the whole things. I made many phone called to store, delivery service, warehouse after a week later they delivered again. They set up with the drawer that mean already open, I hope still a new one. They need to train again delivery man. Washer and dryer door open should be 69( should be facing each other) but he put 96(opposite) I told him to change it. He had no chose to make it what I said. After one month I need hot water from my garage, when I look at the back of my washer noticed hot water pipe go into cold water, cold water pipe goes into hot water.

It took an hour and a half to complete the transaction and the stove I wanted wasn’t available until December 23. The associate was new to the position and needed a lot of assistance. The other associates and the store manager were very helpful in assisting him. I was able to get my second choice in stoves and I can’t wait to see how it turns out in the long run. Overall a pretty good experience, especially since they didn’t mind my two year old and I wondering through the store making a bit of noise.

My salesperson was awesome, Lanesse helped me with everything I needed and also explained all the deals you all were running for that time. I did not buy anything on the day I came in. I thought about the purchase all weekend and came back in on that Sunday and worked with another gentleman and he was also very helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but everything was excellent and I appreciate Conn's Employees doing what they are suppose to do to satisfy the customer. I just received my furniture today by delivery. I received a text letting me know they would be there in 10 minutes and it was exactly 10 minutes. They delivered and set up everything in less than 30 minutes. The delivery guys were friendly and you could tell they love their jobs and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. I am very pleased with all Conn's employees and I can't wait to make my next purchase. This is definitely not the last time... Thanks Conn's!!

I had no idea this store even existed. So glad I found it. The staff is great, the store is just as nice or nicer than a name brand store. I was impressed with the kindness and the non pushy way of how the employees are. It was fun and relaxing to go shopping for furniture and not have the attitude some stores give. I will be back should I need more furniture. The quality is amazing, prices are great, and the variety... can’t be beat. Great job

Kelly was extremely fun to shop with. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
The transaction took a while but the manager put a lot of moving parts into place to make sure all of my high ticket items were available for next day delivery at fair price. I came in looking for a small $20 shelf unit. But when I found out about the free delivery, install and haul away of old appliance. I knew I had to purchase everything on my remodel list that I was holding off for the future. And the fact that conns carries such high quality items at great prices blew my mind. Ill be referring friends to this store for almost all their needs.

I walked in not knowing what to expect but I got the surprise of my life. It's Valentine's day so I want to thank Conn's for giving me my 1st gift of the day. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with GREAT customer service. Josh helped me out tremendously. I had a great experience and it only took a few minutes. I absolutely LOVE Conn's and their finance options.
