I am a return customer at conns I really love this place the people that work there is great . I just want to thank Kelly cook and Brian smotherman for their patiences and working so hard to get everything approved in a timely matter ! It did however take the credit department a while but Kelly and Brian was determined to get everything done .. you too are awesome ! Thank you again for everything ..

The salespeople were friendly and attentive. However, most items are way overpriced. I looked at a few smaller pieces of furniture and decorative home items that I've seen in similar places like Target, Home Goods, and Walmart that cost $20-50 but it was $119 at Conn's. I went to look at laptops but they were all too high priced. The one lower priced one had such few features it wasn't worth the price tag. I wouldn't be in a hurry to get back there.

I was helped by Raymond and I told him I didn’t want take to much time in the store. He made sure he had everything ready so I was in the store less time. Great person to deal with. Highly recommend

I recently have been having some issues with our furniture we bought from Conns. We spent $13,000 in furniture from Conns and they were great although you would think spending that much they would of gave us free delivery nope but that's okay. The couchs and king mattress both have problems. They give off some kind of smell that must of been from the warehouse. We thought the smell would change nope 2 months later it still smells. Also our couch broke on us the frame is sitting on the ground. We tried calling the 1-800 number we got from the store but it's been a couple of weeks and this unacceptable. Nothing has been done and we have a house warming party coming up now we have no suitable furniture for our guests. I think these issues need to get addressed and they haven't so I have taken to Google. I will happily change my review if we can get this taken care of.

Store service great. Delivery not so much. NOT AS PROMISED. Now the refrigerator ice makers went out and constantly getting run around about repair. Not to mention the customer service #, horrible. Believe this is out sourced over seas, hard to understand them. Oh, and heaven forbid you be a day late on a payment, seriously 16 phone calls in one day! When this is paid off never doing business with them again.

I have bought furniture twice from Conns Home Plus. Both times were awesome, great prices, great staff and good service. They made it easy to shop with them!

So after reaching out to the store in Antioch and out that everything that the manager at the Gallatin pike store said was a lie i had a much better experience at the antioch store. Corporate reached out to me and apologized and made things right. I have never had a problem before this, and i will continue shopping there. I appreciate everyone’s efforts to make it right

This company is horrible when it comes to customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I will be hiring an attorney for false advertisement. I bought 3k+ tv during a promotion and I never received it. I've been given the run around for close to there months and now my calls aren't being returned maybe my attorney or the BBB will have better results.

Mike gave me the whole run down and made it all simple. He answered all the questions I had and gave me great recommendations.

No happy with my purchase and was told after 4 days of having it that I couldn't return it. So I now have a mattress I HATE and a payment I HATE more.
They match their name. I figured it being local I'd give them a try against my friends reviews...They said you match your name and I believe them now. Very unhappy customer. Will NOT be back and can't wait to get the bill paid.
