Conn's was great. Chris waited on me , got heat/ac unit I wanted and a tv. Got them loaded in my truck and on my way . I give them 5 stars. I also got this great picture with the stars on it. Love it! It is a dark blue canvas w/stars all over it.

I want to tell people about the experience I had at this store today. I purchased a television that was marked on clearance - with the understanding clearance items don’t have a return policy. I bought a very expensive entertainment center piece because my wife loved it. I hated the idea because I think they’re obsolete but...happy wife......you know! Anyway, I measured it wrong and I found that out when we got the TV home and it would not fit onto/into the entertainment center! I thought we were screwed!!!! I called the store and they told me to bring back the TV. Keondra (I hope I spelled her name right) the manager worked tirelessly to figure out how to get me another TV. She was able to figure how to fix the problem and got me another TV that turned out to be better than the first! She was beyond helpful and exceeded everything expectation I have for customer service! It’s rare to find courteous management like that. She was an amazing person and I look forward to dealing with her again. I hope her superiors see this!! Her management and customer service was flawless!! Ishmael (again, I hope I spelled his name right) was the man that helped us from the beginning. He is young but his customer service skills are beyond his years. He was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure speaking and dealing with him. Huge success is in his future with that attitude! I deal with a lot of difficult situations in my trade and I know what poor customer service looks like, I promise! My experience here was great from start to finish. If other businesses ran half this good I’d be satisfied. I would recommend this place and staff to anyone! They certainly have my business from now on for sure. ***BEWARE*** Conn's will "con" you. We purchased a sectional and a fridge from Conn's in Antioch based on a promotion they were running. The sales person told us if we purchased over $2999 in products we would get $300 cash back. This is why we went ahead with the fridge purchase. Then when we submitted our information the promotions department online, they denied it saying it had to be in furniture only. This was never told to us and we went over everything multiple times with both the sales person & manager. I have tried to resolve the situation and they just refuse. Store manager even said "even if the sales person told you that, it doesn't matter". If you want to be duped and swindled out of money, shop here.

DO NOT finance with CONN’s DO NOT buy anything from there. I paid on time for months on a bedroom suit. I was told by my sales rep that I had 12 months free interest. And that there was NO penalty for paying off early. I also agreed to pay 29% interest after those 12 months. I walked in in January to pay off my bedroom suit to avoid all the interest. Come to find out you have to pay it off WITH IN 12 months or they’re going to charge you all the back interest! That was NEVER told to me. And of course we know why they wouldn’t tell you that because no one in their right mind would sign for that. I even asked to pay the bedroom suit off that day. (The day I found out about the back interest.) everyone I spoke with at corporate office would NOT work with me. I was told I have to be over 1600 dollars just in interest on a bedroom suit that I only owned 900 dollars on. I was NEVER told I had 12 months to pay this bedroom suit off. How shameful! It is so shameful we have companies in this country that can scam hard-working Americans.
I hope with this review I’ll keep others from making the same mistake I did. Don’t walk in the door people.

Brianna and Shenitra were amazing! Transparency is key to a great sale and they made sure I understood everything. Honestly I was glad the store Manager was not there. I don't understand how he can be in charge of a store. plus I've been there firsthand to witness that he doesn't know how to speak to his employees and it's very sad that a company would employ such an individual. But those two girls were very helpful and I look forward to doing business in the future as long as those two ladies are there.

I had a really bad experience with this business. Visited on Sunday, picked out appliances, was told they were in stock, and would be delivered on Monday. Removed all my appliances from my kitchen and heard from no one on Monday regarding the status of my delivery. I called the delivery service and was told we would not get them until July 24, and I told them not acceptable that I needed them now. I spoke with the manager and he made one excuse after another about why they made a mistake. Manager said it was the salespersons fault for not checking the inventory, then he told me they were so busy after we left they didn’t have time to call me. Let me inform you this place was nearly empty when we arrived. Then he proceeded to tell me the warehouse lost power and they were slammed with other issues. This business is very unprofessional and unreliable. Go elsewhere, stay away. I’ve never experienced such lack of concern for a customer.

I do not know what went on with other individuals but I received nothing but excellent quality service. And when I was not happy they fixed it and made it right. I was very pleased. My sales lady closed my deal exactly as I stated I wanted it. No bait no switch happened with me. A great organization. I were serviced at the Antioch Store. My interest rate exceptional. If something goes wrong I will re-evaluate my review.

Needed to purchase a refrigerator immediately because our fridge went out. Our sales rep, Shanetria, was excellent! She knows her appliances!!! Shawn the store manger was even considerate in making sure I was being taking well care of. We got our refrigerator delivered the next day as promised. The delivery guys were great also. They even hauled away our old fridge. Conn's is a great place! We're going to see about purchasing a washer and dryer today. They are a little more expensive then Lowe's and Home Depot, but at this point in my adult life, I will pay the extra expense to have excellent service and great product. You get what you pay for people say. Well, I'm paying for the best!!!

Everyone was nice until i called and asked about the returns..I had only had the item for five days tried to give it a chance but was still unhappy with it!! When i called someone named Margie answer the phone and wasn’t sure about anything so she put a sales guy on the phone who seem as if he was mad and i inconvenience him.. I really need them to treat people the way they did when you frist come in i will never get anything from CONNS again yeah they got the right name cause i really feel ripped off about my money...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

This is the next day!

Well I will say we live in Columbia,TN and drove all the way to Antioch TN to pick up a stove. Let me say, I was sooo excited. It was my 8th Anniversary gift. We get home and open it open from the box and to our dismay, it was damaged on one corner and inside the door of the oven. I was so sick and sad!!😢😭

We call up there and send photos. All I can say is they better NOT turn this around to say it's our problem. Praying that they will do the right thing and replace the damaged one. I'm so disappointed and sick. I wanted to start using my beautiful stove when I got home and now I can't!!😭😢 Stars will go up if they do the right thing!

This is a few months later..

Just wanted to say, Conn's did make it right and we're definitely happy. We went on to get a bedroom suite from them too!! Thanks so much Conn's💖
