The service here is impeccable!! David worked on our app for financing while Jacob walked us around the store. We found two different sectionals we liked and were having a hard time deciding. They were very patient with us throughout the entire process. We left very happy with our purchase with a delivery scheduled later this week. David has helped us before and he’s the absolute BEST!!

Very dishonest place ... Takes advantage of people in bad times and charges over priced items and traps them with thier payment plans ... These places should be closed down just like the payday loan places

I have used this specific Conn's Home Plus in Arvada for a reason. I would consider this establishment a top-notch home care castle. Not only is their environment clean and friendly and prompt but their service is excellent. There has never been one visit and I was not addressed five feet from the door. They're consistent, they smile, and they are always dressed crisp and neat. This Conn's Home Plus takes extreme Pride in all they do. As you shop you can feel at ease in taking your time with no need to worry about being pressured. If you have any questions, they are quick to answer or find out. What's more inviting is that their restrooms in their facility are always clean, fresh and large enough for no waiting. If you are looking to build your credit in buying a vehicle or home this is the company to start a solid jump. A few years back I opened an account and spent over $6,000. It was the best decision I ever made. Naturally I closed the account once the last payment was made. During that account I had one small issue with my merchandise from the manufacturer. It was replaced immediately with no hesitation or questions. Today I reopened a new account and plan to keep this open until they close their doors. If you have never had a visit with Conn's Home Plus, I recommend you give it a try. It is worth the rewards they provide throughout.

Everything went well. Greta was great and attentive and not pushy. Besides the amount of time it took to get documents loaded (not her fault). Only one other concern was that a property insurance charge was added to my invoice until they clear my coverage which I did not like. Without that it would have been 5 stars.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Absolutely poor customer service skills. My husband and I went to buy a printer with a gift card we had received. None of the employees knew how to process a gift card and it took 5 employees in total, plus them calling into their own customer service, to figure out what to do. After 45 minutes, my husband started asking what was taking so long and the associate processing our transaction would not explain anything, instead she said she needed him to sign a contract and give a copy of his driver's license to use a gift card. We asked why this was necessary, since we bought furniture a few months ago with our own credit card and they did not require a signed contract or picture of our licenses, and the associates response was "Well do you want it? Do you want it?" while holding our gift card away from us. When we responded that we did want it, but wanted an explanation, the response from her, her coworker and the manager on duty, Jordan, was that they just needed it. No one would give us an answer. When we finally said that we didn't want it after all, we just wanted our gift card back, they said they needed to refund it because they'd already processed our transaction. It then took yet another employee (6 employees by this time) to come over and figure out how to process a refund. Further another employee who wasn't even helping us, came over and inappropriately told us that we need to calm down.

Ashley was great to work with. I never felt rushed, and she communicated everything very well.it was a really good experience and I now have anew standard for service. I will shop at this location again and again because my service today was perfect. Thanks Ashley 😊

Conns took over two and a half hours to complete the initial contract then rushed me as the store was closing . I’d bought a laptop thinking it was 1200 dollars. A little more expensive then other retail spots . Later I see me credit was hit for close to 3.5 thousand. I called to see what was the issue and I’d been billed for around 1000 more than I had agreed to pay. And you get 90 days to pay with no interest but that was at 1200 not 3500. Most these fees are warranty and hidden insurance that has interest on it too. When calling or going in the store I have encountered nothing but rude and snub attitudes. Don’t waste your time. There is a for sure meaning behind their name.
