The experience I had at conn's was great, the staff are on top of it, greet u right when u walk in and are very professional. They give it there all to make things happen, my sale lady Ashley was the best she has great customer service skills,friendly n gives it her best to have u walk out with wat u want. The salesman named Mac was very nice to work with. He is very knowledgeable of the product and the warranty and service plans for all the items I looked at. If you want great service Christine Pimentel from the arvada store 147 is your go to girl!! She got me qualified before I went into the store, which is awesome because by the time I got there she had my product ready and was so fast to check out. Also she went above and beyond to make sure I got approved through synchrony bank and was kind enough to make the call for me and guide through the customer service with the rep. Also she made sure to make me and my family comfortable while making the transaction.
just the absolute BEST customer service I've ever encountered, and she made that possible.

I'm so pleased with the whole experience. Your sales associate Christine Pimental was attentive, caring, knowledgeable and I felt like she really cared about our satisfaction. She was friendly and down to earth. And the whole sales team worked well together to get things done. I love my new stuff and couldn't be happier.

This conns has to be the worse conns I have ever shopped at!!!! The store manager Dennis was very rude and kept on saying he has worked for conns for 7 years over and over to me and my wife, like we get it you have worked here for a while!!! The other guy named eddy or Ed was ok but looked like he was on a hole different planet while we where there!!! Over all not the best management team I have seen!!!!!!!!! I will never be coming back to this store again!!!!!!

Dan was amazing and made sure we loved our new washer and dryer he even took the time to re measure both washer and dryer to double check they would fit!!! Staff was also super friendly and the store manager Stephanie was also super friendly!! Over all it’s a great place to shop at and I will tell all my friends and family to stop and see Dan!!!!!

I came in today to buy a bedroom set and I was greeted by the manager Stephanie and she proceeded to help me with my services. Christine came in and took over for the rest of my sale but I would recommend both of them to anyone. I have never seen a manager step up to that role for a customer one and one, I thought it was amazing.
