My Salesman was Josh. I spoke to him the prior day and asked if we could come in today and confirmed that he would be available. We have a dog who is fairly new to us and I asked if she could come in with us. He said she could and while we were making our choices he took Molly for a walk around the store. It was helpful for her to be occupied while we were making up our mind. She is going to become my ESA so her being compliant is very important. THANK YOU JOSH!!

Beware of this Arvada store... I purchased a microwave for a rehab project and was told when i checked out i would receive a full refund if it didn't fit the space.. i returned it a week later and the kid at the front desk was combative and did nothing to help.. wouldn't even give me managers name - said i was threatening him - lol and he's a foot taller than me.. said i was subject to a 15% restock fee (I never agreed to this/ no signature on the receipt). i contacted the Fort Collins supervisor and Conns main customer service 3xs - no resolution. Total bait and switch! i haven't even received my 85% refund - total scam - stay away - shop Lowes or Home Depot. if there's a problem; then no resolution whatsoever...they keep your $ - going to dispute w/credit card company. i received a call right after i was asked t leave from a private number; then, received a nasty text from someone i do not know.. I'm pursuing charges for the text..

Gotta hand it to Will, he helped me and my wife through the entire process of picking out or furniture to the financing and delivery! We got all of our stuff except the rug delivered correctly, we settled for the one they sent because it was actually a pretty nice rug! We ended up going back for a TV and some new lamps to match our living room, unfortunately will wasn’t working that day and we got a different sales rep who was a bit over the top when it came to upselling us a larger tv. The great news was once I told him we didn’t want the bigger one and wanted the 70inch he settled down and helped us in a good fashion. Overall, I’d recommend Conns to anyone wanting to update their furniture. Make sure you get the furniture protection if you have pets! Not saying the quality isn’t there but you’ll want to protect your new investment.

We went back to the same location in Arvada and asked for Rhett. He is a new salesman but takes his time to get your sale correct. Everything we bought was in stock. Would definitely buy more!

Great place to get a new tv and other furniture. I had a great customer service. John Wilson’s who helped us get us our dream tv was very helpful. If I would to go back again I would go back here again.

Terrible, amature, and terrible. Repackaged items on shelves, sold as new, while being over-priced. Misleading and false information. THE MAIN THING, their warehouse is shady as hell! BE CAREFUL & DILIGENT! The warehouse will try to offload their returned items first, so make sure to check your product well, BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! Also, warehouse staff is super ghetto, so maybe bring some back up!

The communication at this store is complete garbage. The sales person, Cristian, and the manager, Dennis, lack basic communication with their customers. This started when I first purchased my appliances and Cristian did not add everything to the ticket so I had to refuse delivery because it was his mistake and had to wait before I could get my appliances because he messed up on adding items to the ticket. Cristian then made a hard inquiry on my credit without my consent and now I have to deal with the fraud department. They do not take accountability for their mistakes. When I called back for the corporate number, they provided me with the general customer service number. Absolutely horrible. If I could give them no stars, I would. Communication is awful, save yourself the headache.
