    Our inducer motor went out in the middle of the night with the temperatures in the mid teens. They were able to get someone out within a couple hours, assess the issue, and get the part ordered next day. Unfortunately this happened on a Friday so the "next day" wasn't until the following Monday, but they borrowed us space heaters over the weekend to keep our house warm and get us through. They were back out Monday as soon as the part came in and had us up and running again in less than an hour. Very quick and professional and everyone in the company was very responsive during the entire process. Their pricing also seemed very reasonable based on what I saw the part cost alone online. Definitely worth it.

    We just purchased a new home and soon discovered that our furnace wasn't preforming well. On cold days, our furnace couldn't heat our house past 63°, one day when the weather dropped to -11°, our furnace had a hard time getting the house warmer than 57°. Since my wife had a great experience with First Call in the past, we decided to give them a call. The first technician was great, he checked and cleaned the furnace, everything was great but it didn't fix the issue. A few weeks later I called back and they offered a free 30 day call-back service. The second technician, Joevani was there in no-time. He was very knowledgeable, he even noticed one thing that the first technician must have overlooked. There were a few reusable pre-filters that were in our furnace as well as the replaceable filter. One filter that he took out was gross and wouldn't show any light through it, he explained that you typically only use one or the other, but not all three. Since taking those out, our furnace sounds brand new and is pushing air much better. Also proud to report that it's only 7° degrees outside and our house is sitting at a comfortable 70°, thanks First Call.

He took the time to go through my repairs and never tried to up-sale me on things I didn't need. He also took the time to make sure the repairs he made worked properly.

I appreciated that he explained the parts of the system and what he was looking for to ensure performance and safety. He quickly found the part that was not working, had the part in his truck, and was able to replace it immediately! There was no waiting! Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

    I've used this Company for 2 different properties, and they have always been fast and dependable. No long wait time for an appointment, they discuss pricing upfront, with no surprises at the end. All the repair technicians were clean, friendly, and adhered to Corona Virus protocols. I had one instance where the furnace tripped the same code that had been looked at previously. The company sent another tech out the next business day, figured out what the problem was, and I was only charged for the part. First class service. I highly recommend,
