Adam was exceptional as usual. He helped me understand the workings of my system since this is my first air conditioning season in this location. He is always helpful and considerate. I’ve used Keystone for over 40 years. I’d never go to any other company. They are the best.

Our ac condenser was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Keystone from start to finish was friendly, helpful, honest, punctual and genuinely cared about quality. Keystone quickly responded providing an estimate and installation in less than a weeks time. The technicians were on time, professional and detail oriented. I definitely recommend this company.

The technician was very polite & friendly. He did the maintenance check in a timely & efficient manner. I found the furnace filter after he had gone out the door. He was still in the driveway, so I asked if he would change it for me. He was very accommodating.

Adam did an amazing job. Came out to check over my AC unit that was having issues last year and advised if I would need new. He was professional and gave an honest opinion without upselling. I was prepared to by new and he insured me that my unit currently is perfectly fine. This customer service alone will make me a life long customer.

Colin was excellent and provided detail education about our furnace repairs. He also provided a detailed listing of furnace replacements with cost, labor and warranties.

Tech was very pleasant and Did a great job. Explained a potential issue with the capacitor and gave us the option to repair today or wait until a future date. No pressure.

The technician phoned ahead to let me know he would be here shortly. He was right on time. He completed the work in good time. He saved me a little money noting that the furnace filter did not have to be replaced at this point.

Technician arrived on time and immediately went to work. Completed the maintenance work in a timely manner. He let me know the work was done and that the system was working properly. The work site was left properly cleaned. He asked if I had any questions.
