We made the call at 7:00 a.m. and by 8:30 a.m. we had a technician at our facility. He had our unit heater up and running within an hour. Keystone Htg & AC is a fantastic company to work with.

Jeremy, knows his way around the Magicpak, a specialized combination gas furnace & A/C, and made sure our 27 unit is ready for the summer heat. Plus he is very customer friendly and comes on time.

Jeremy just left our home, went right to work, was courteous, left everything in order, showed me how to flush out side mounted drainage tubing. Reviewed with us, services rendered, very thorough !!

I called for a service in my furnace, and Jason M performed the job, upon opening the guards, he knew what the problem was and when done, he showed me and explained what was wrong and the options I had to fix the the furnace. At the time I explain that I just purchase the house and I could not put too much money into it yet, so he fixed it to best as posible till I get a new one. Thank you Jason.

Our Furnace went out when it was extreamly cold out. Keystone responded very promptly and had the parts on the truck to get our furnace running. Even though they did not install the furnace the warranteed the part for us and took care of the problem.

Keystone installed a furnace and a AC unit this last year. The crew did the install in a professional and courteous manner. The whole process went well from the beginning to finish.

Very nice service technician. Unfortunately the problem ultimately will require an electrician. Dan did diagnose the situation and help make contact with the electrician.
