My furnace wasn't working so I called around 5:30 a.m. and was able to speak with a person. They scheduled a visit between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. but called me to see if they could start early, which was great. Dave and Bill were fantastic and performed some maintenance to get me back up and running. Both were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I asked them some unrelated questions about my water heater and they educated me quite a bit. Definitely would recommend and will be my first call going forward.

This company really cares about their customers, reaching out to me to remind me of my biannual service schedule. While they were servicing my heater they discovered by water heater was broken and leaking. They didn't skip a beat and got to work right away replacing it for me and at a fair price. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work produced.

When I broke my thermostat Dave and Alex came out the very next day and fixed it right away. They were fast and reasonably priced. They even put a back plate on for me behind the thermostat that I had been struggling with. I’m always happy with the service this company provides and this visit was especially nice since they did me a favor and put the back plate on the wall.

I was seeking out an air duct cleaning company for I did not believe the home I bought from previous owner's ever having had their 12 air ducts cleaned out. I had dust in my home all the time causing me MAJOR allergies and health concerns. I checked the BBB and found Capital Heating, Cooling, and duct cleaning. Their ratings/reviews were highly rated. Alex from Capital One Heating and Cooling did a "FANTASTIC JOB" beyond belief. Also would like to praise this company for providing pictures ahead of time of the person who will be arriving at my home to complete the service. That alone shows how much Capital one cares. Dave and Jake did an outstanding job today! On time, incredibly knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Had multiple issues with my boiler system, and they solved every single one within 2.5 hours! Performed flawless install of my new smart thermostat system including running extra wires, rewired my HVAC system, purged air from my dual zone boiler lines, and performed operational check and service of both Boiler and AC. The best part was that they let me ask questions at any time without any hassle, and gave me well educated answers every time!

Price was more than fair! I was impressed by cleanliness, knowledge, and professional appearance. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends in the area!

Had a new Furnace and AC unit put in today and the service was outstanding! I was told six hours to complete the job and it was done in four. These guys really know their stuff. Extremely impressed and will be calling for future services.

Todd was very professional and knowledgeable about what I was looking for in a new system. Quick on giving me an estimate and gave me a lot of options to choose from. Jess was great to talk to. Very efficient. No issues with paperwork, billing or scheduling. Josh and Sam were quick in removing and installing the new A/C and furnace. They did a great job of explaining the new systems before they left and answered all my questions. Thank you all for making this an easy upgrade.

It was time to replace our 26 year old furnaces and condensing units. We contacted Heating and Cooling Solution, and was very impressed by Chris's knowledge and excitement for the possibility to perform our work.
This energy carried over to the work as well. On the day of work commencement, a crew of guys, lead by Bill and Dave, arrived promptly as scheduled. They thoroughly communicated the their process and questioned any concerns we may had too. After two hard working days, they completed the task. Being in the construction industry myself, I was very impressed by their attention to installation detail and cleanliness of the clean up. Additionally, the guys came back a third day to provide me complete owner training and operations for the new iComfort thermostats and units. I could not be happier with our new Lennox systems and Heating and Cooling Systems. Heating and Cooling Solutions did a fantastic job and I strongly recommend using them for any residential replacement projects.

The team at HCS was fast, efficient and thoughtful. They were respectful of working in their client's home, and made sure to clean up after themselves. They helped take care of anything that needed done, even brining things up to code. The staff is friendly and personable. I highly recommend them.
