Just had Jake, Mack and Dave come out to replace my old busted furnace. Wow do these guys aim to please! Not only do they work fast these guys actually care about producing quality work and making sure that you have everything you need to ensure that your heating and cooling systems are in tip-top shape.

Jake and Zack replaced my central air unit. They are very professional and personable. I was recommended to Heating and Cooling Solutions by my sister. She has also referred many others to them as they know what they are doing. I will recommend them to anyone in need of repair or replacement of their furnace/central air.

Jake and Ben did an outstanding job installing me new a/c unit. I truly appreciate their efficiency and their willingness to answer any of my questions. They were very friendly too! Definitely will call them back, but hopefully not for a long while. Sorry guys I like you, but I like my money more! lol

They are really like a family from Jess who answers the phones, sets up sppointments,gets me to the right guys that help answer my questions like Chris and Todd. I just had a new furnace and air conditioner put in by Dave, Jake and Josh. They are skilled installers and are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have patience to explain how everything works more then one time. I have used Heating & Cooling Solutions for many years and I am always greeted by my first name and asked how everything is. This is truly a great company and I look forward to seeing them each year as they check my furnace and air conditioner out. I am so happy that Racine has a such a great and trustworthy company in this area. I highly recommend them.

Friendly people and great, thorough service! When our furnace wouldn't work on the first cold day of fall, we called and someone came out the same day to inspect the problem. After reviewing our options, we had our old, broken furnace replaced with a new more efficient model. The process was kind of intimidating at first, but Dave did a great job installing our new model and removing the old beast from our basement. A new furnace isn't cheap, especially for a large, older home, but we now have a 10-year warranty and 5 years of service with our purchase. They even registered the unit for us and checked eligibility for a rebate. So far, so good!

Last week, we had both our furnace and our air conditioner replaced. With winter not ready to give up her foothold, and a furnace that was starting to give out, it needed to be done quickly. We had an in-home estimate, set the date of the install, and we were set to go.

The morning of the install, the workers arrived promptly. Tom, Jake, and Mac were both friendly and efficient. We have two dogs, who just want to lick everyone they meet, and two toddlers, whose curiosity knows no bounds! These three gentlemen not only worked diligently through the morning, but they were both kind and patient with my little ones. They did not mind when the two year old wanted to peek down the stairs to see what they were doing. They took a few minutes here and there to answer my four year olds questions, even explaining brazing and refrigerants briefly for him. My son is the child of ten thousand questions, which can become flustering, especially when you are trying to get something done. Still, they were very patient and very sweet to my little guys! Tom, Mac, and Jake were absolutely wonderful, both with the installation and with my curious toddlers! I could not have asked for a better experience!

I was having consistent problems with my furnace last winter. They came, gave me a detailed, but easy to understand assessment, and helped my understand my furnace options. The install was timely and professional. My only regret is not having them do the air conditioning at the same time.

You're probably trying to determine who to call for your furnace repair, just as i had been. Well, let me tell you I am so happy that I called Heating & Cooling Solutions!! Weekend, cold, no heat, ugh, it figures and no idea who was a good choice to provide service. Dave, installer/technician came and identified the issue. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything to me. The part needed wasn't available on Sunday, but assured me he would get me heat until he could replace it the next day. Sure enough he was able to get the blower working until he could get the board needed the next day. His knowledge is far beyond his years so don't let how young he looks fool you! He returned and replaced the bad part, even went above and beyond and cleaned out some rust from a drip the furnace previously had. I am so pleased and glad that I contacted this place and highly recommend Heating & Cooling Solutions, particularly Dave, for any heating or cooling issues you may experience. Thanks Dave!!

Jake Mack and Mike did a fantastic job today installing our new lennox furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier. They got done a lot quicker than I anticipated. They also gave me temporary heat while our unit was down. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their hvac system. I couldn't be happier with the service.

They responded to our call quickly and came to assessed our furnace. It was below freezing temps this weekend and needed to be replaced. They offered us service after the holiday, but when we said we really needed the heat fixed now, they fit us in the same day! They were professional and knowledgable. They left our basement furnace room cleaner than when they entered. Our house is warm and our heater will be running strong for another 15 years! We highly recommend Heating & Cooling Solutions out of Racine!
