Had them install a new furnace, central air, and smart thermostat. I originally contacted them by email for a free quote. Within the hour I received a response. They were able to send Chris out later that day to meet me and do the quote. Chris was helpful and let me know my options. The next day i received my quote by email.

Set up my appointment for the next week, and was told arrival time would be between 7 - 8am. Dave showed up about 7:15, introduced himself and let me know others were on their way to help out. Josh and Ben got here around 7:30. Very happy with the quality work that was done, and it was done in a very timely matter. When work was completed, Dave walked me through the basics on the smart thermostat, showed me the lines and vents run in the basement, and answered a few questions i had.

All in all, I am very glad i chose them. Price was fair, everyone was friendly and helpful, and it was an easy process. I definitely will use them again, and recommend them. Thank you for the quality work.

Heating & Cooling Solutions installed a mini-duct A/C and heating system in my home. They were extremely professional and completed the job in under 8 hours. The system had a few issues at first (manufacturer's issue), and they were very responsive. They came out several times on off-hours to fix the issue, and when I called to report the issue, they seemed genuinely upset for me that the issue was occurring. The system is working perfectly now. I would definitely recommend.

I would like to Thank Chris who came out and diagnosed my broken air conditioner and recommended a new one. He was fast professional easy to work with. I called and set up an install date and it wasnt too far out Thank goodness. I would also like to thank Dan and Dave who installed the new unit. They arrived early were easy to work with and talk to. They worked quickly and professionally as well. My house is now nice and comfortable. Maybe a little chilly for my family, i could tell by the blankets they had on. Overall the new unit looks great and was installed correctly. The work inside and out looks great. Thanks to all who worked on my AC at Heating and Cooling Solutions.

Just had a new furnace put in and I can say that the customer service and quality of work is 100% best you can get from a company. They actually gave us space heaters to use for a few days while we didn't have heat. Jake and Mac we're absolutely professional, respectful and overall just awesome. They make a great team. I thought they would be here all day and from start to finish it took only 3 hours! Incredible job fellas thanks a lot!

Todd, the owner, helped us from day one when our furnace went out. He came to our house at 5:00 am to see what he could do to get our furnace going. He did so, but the news wasn't what we wanted to hear that we needed a new furnace. We ordered one, and it was installed by Todd and Dave. They did a terrific job installing it quickly, efficiently and effectively. We are very pleased with the service we received and the great response time we had when we had questions. I would highly recommend Todd and his staff if you are ever in need of great service and a very caring staff.

I have used Heating and cooling solutions for several years now to maintain and repair equipment both in my home and in my investment properties. I have worked with Todd, Dave and Tony on several AC and furnace installs and repairs. The work is always immaculate and completed in a timely manner. Jess in the office does a great job as well: she quickly responds to both phone and e-mail, stays on top of things and sets realistic expectations about the work and timing. Called for an estimate on a new furnace and A/C, and Chris came out the next day. One week later we had them installed. The guys were professional and installed all the lines cleanly. My wife was impressed that they addressed both of us when explaining the setup, and not just me. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

My furnace went out this afternoon as we were experiencing a -60 degree day. Placed a call and was told they had a rep in the area and could make it to my house within 30 minutes. I made the appointment and sure enough Jake was here in 20 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and detailed with his explanation. The pricing was reasonable, the issue was fixed quickly, and I was very happy that they were able to fit me in on what i'm sure was a busy day for them. I'll be upgrading my thermostat and will have my A/C unit serviced by them come springtime.

Ben from Heating and Cooling came to do the Fall maintenance on my Furnace. I bought my house in 2011 (built in 2007) and this was the first time anyone has looked at it. Ben was extremely polite and knowledgeable with any questions I had as a first time home owner. He was thorough in checking everything and made sure everything worked again after putting it all back together! I will absolutely continue to work with them in the future.

I've been a customer since my initial review over 2 years ago, and wanted to add to it after a recent visit/install from Heating & Cooling Solutions. I contacted Heating & Cooling on a Sunday evening after some recurring problems with my water heater. Chris was able to come out the next morning (EXTREMELY polite and knowledgeable) and properly diagnose what was going on. Unfortunately, it meant a new water heater, but that's not his fault! With the problems we had been having, we sort of expected it. Heating and Cooling was able to get it replaced the next day. Jake and Zack came out for the installation. They showed the same level of professionalism Chris and other employees of Heating & Cooling have shown. The install was done quick, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I knew how the new one operated.

Heating & Cooling continues to impress me with their service and ensured that I will stay a customer for the foreseeable future.

If I could give Todd & the folks at Heating and Cooling Solutions 10 Stars I would. They have saved me more than one time. The weather has been very warm for this area. My air has been running a lot. My air conditioner was past it's prime, froze up and needed to be replaced. Todd came out after hours, evaluated the situation and said he would see if he had a unit or where he could get one for us. This was on Wednesday. He scheduled the install for Friday figuring it would take a day to get the unit in. Thursday morning I received a call that they were able to get a unit and would we want it installed that day. In less than 24 hours from the time I called I had my new unit installed. I cannot thank you all enough.
