These guys did an awesome job. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were always gentle and respectful of my 45 year old house and kept everything reasonably clean during the entire process. I returned from work one evening and found out that my house had no heat. Obviously I was very concerned! I contacted Millennium Heating & Cooling because I thought my thermostat was the problem. Their technician came the same night and checked it out. When he arrived he checked and told me that is was in fact the furnace that was not working. He informed me that it would likely be too expensive to try and fix a 22 year old furnace and gave me two quotes for the different furnaces. He explained in detail the difference between the two, the rebates I would get, and the timeline. He was a lot of help as I was able to make an informed decision. The following day, he came with his partner to install my furnace and they were very respectful, informative and clean. He took the time to explain how the system worked and answered any questions I had. When I had an issue getting the furnace started the next day he came and fixed the problem within the hour. The customer service was a real priority for Millennium Heating & Cooling and I would highly recommend their service as they will ensure everything goes smoothly as I am a witness to this. Scheduled routine maintenance for our new furnace for the first time. Wanted to go with the same supplier that had installed the unit. The young man that performed the work, was on time and ready to go to work. Ken was courteous, professional, and competent in all aspects of his job. He also installed a surge protector to protect the unit. I continue to be pleased with Millennium Heating & Cooling in all aspects of installation, maintenance, and repairs when needed.
