I recently had Ben and Raymond come to the house to replace old heat pump and air handler. They were professional, mindful, genuinely nice, and provided a great installation job. They left no trace other than brand new equipment. They were patient in explaining the air filters and replacement, the new thermostat, and the various safety/operation manuals. It was a pleasure to watch them work as they were true professionals.
