First Call Heating & Cooling

We had First Call install a Trane furnace about six years ago and it has been a great experience. Just had them install a high end A.O. Smith water heater today and they did another great job. Nice install. All the seals on the pipes look nice and clean. New ball valves. They cleaned up well. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of my home. Nice guys to talk to and they did great work. I’m very happy and would definitely hire them again.

This is a great company! Joel and Julie are wonderful people and have an awesome team working with them. They have come to our home when we had a very old furnace and got it going. Our air conditioning unit was super old also and when it gave out they were here right away to assess the situation and get us a quote for a new one. We decided to replace the furnace at the same time and the guys did an amazing job! Very nice and respectful and I would recommend them highly! If I could rate them higher than a 5 I definitely would.

This is now the second time that Kevin has been to my house. The first was for our Spring AC tuneup last year and this trip was for a service call. Kevin was very friendly, patient and professional. I hope that Kevin continues to provide service for us in the future as it was a pleasure working with him both times.

Tyler, even called me a head time as he would be arriving earlier than my schedule appointment. I was very pleased with him. I like working with First Call Heating & Cooling as the staff is so professional and helpful when you have questions.

First Call was awesome! I called them originally for a repair and after discussing with the tech, I decided to get a new AC. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and the guys were on time within the window. First Call made everything so easy.

The process from start to finish was great. Lauren is very knowledge and helpful with answering my questions. The crew who installed the furnace (Ben and Daniel) were professional, fun and answered any additional questions I had. What impressed me as well is it was stated that their boss is a great guy and treats them well. That is so good to hear the employees are valued!

Neo took time to thoroughly inspect all points related to the cooling system inside and outside my home. He pointed out corroded piping and sealed it temporarily. He made sure that I was aware of potential hazards should the piping not be replaced. I am very thankful that First Call has such caring and knowledgeable technicians!

I had a great experience with First Call Heating and Cooling. They have good systems in place. Nice and organized. I like how I got a confirmation email right after I scheduled the emergency service call. And I got the invoice emailed with the work and charges laid out easy to understand. Jason, the service tech, was above and beyond. Just awesome. Professional, informative, personable, and patient explaining the issues. Would highly recommend these guys.
